Outside, the villa's glass panes open to a picturesque pool terrace, featuring elegant white sun loungers overlooking the 18-metre swimming pool. The outdoor lounge and barbecue area invite guests to savour sundowners while taking in Phuket’s breathtaking vistas. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, Villa Aqua boasts two master suites with king beds and two stylish guest rooms offering top-tier amenities and stunning views. With a dedicated staff including a villa manager, private chef, and attentive housekeeping, a stay at Villa Aqua promises the perfect tropical getaway.

• Floors: Sava Villa 7 - Villa Acqua occupies three floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, entertainment room, spa and sauna room with cold plunge pool.
  • 2nd Floor: Indoor living and dining areas, an open plan kitchen, outdoor living and dining areas, swimming pool and barbecue area
  • 3rd Floor: Four bedrooms including two master bedrooms.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an air-conditioned living and dining room with an open plan kitchen. There’s also an outdoor sala with table and benches by the pool.

• Pool: Measuring 18m x 4.2m x 1.3m. Saltwater Infinity Pool; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are two double sunbeds plus one single sunbed and two pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 8. The outdoor dining area can seat 8.

• Wellness: A private spa room, sauna and steam room is available at the villa with a cold plunge bath. Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the estate gym. Yoga mats are provided at the villa and the spacious deck by the pool provides a serene setting for practicing yoga.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated media room equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There’s also a foosball table and table tennis on the ground floor, along with a selection of books and board games, as well as kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, and swimming pool toys available for guests' use.

• Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking space available for two cars.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome fruit bowl, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, villa attendants, gardener, pool maintenance, and estate security).
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request at THB 1,500 nett per van per way and can seat 7 pax with luggages.
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available upon request (extra charge).
• Pool fences are available upon request (extra charge).
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra beds are not available at this property. This property is designed to comfortably sleep 8 adults. Additional guests are unfortunately not allowed.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
