Located just north of Phuket, this beachfront property can host up to 12 guests in six stylish bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and ocean views. The villa highlights include a pair of stunning infinity-edged swimming pools with Jacuzzi alongside a barbecue area with a wood-fired pizza oven. The property’s direct access to the beach ensures front-row views of the stunning sunsets; you can just as easily explore the vicinity with a pair of kayaks and a paddleboard available for use.

The capable on-site villa team will ensure you’re well taken care of, from transport arrangements to offering insider tips on the best places to visit in Phang Nga. Mealtimes will be as enjoyable as your outdoor excursions. Daily breakfasts are included in the room rate, and a private chef will whip up wonderful feasts that you can enjoy at the 12-seater indoor dining area. Come nightfall, dine under the stars at the outdoor terrace, and play a game of pool at the billiards table right after, too.

Should you wish to stay in, free WiFi access will ensure you’re easily able to connect with friends over video calls, or to catch up on your favourite shows. Smart TVs equipped with Netflix, and an array of books and board games will keep you entertained. The fully-equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, rice cooker, Delonghi coffee machine and other culinary essentials to help you cook up a storm. The private gym is also well-kitted with equipment that you can continue your workout routine whenever you wish.

• Floors: Villa Saanti occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, open-air living room, indoor dining area, four bedrooms, sauna room, media entertainment room, kitchen, common guest restroom, a sala by the beach with gazebo, outdoor dining area, and infinity pools.

  • 2nd Floor: Two bedrooms including master bedroom and a gym.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 12 adults and 2 kids at extra charge.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an open living room that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There's also a gazebo in the garden and a covered sitting area by the pool for relaxation.

• Pool: Pool 1 measures 20m x 5m x 1.5m, and Pool 2 measures 12m x 3m x 1.7m, both are chlorinated infinity pools; Pool 1 has a shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are four lounge chairs and two pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Wood-fired pizza oven, refrigerator, De'longhi coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, minibar, microwave, freezer, wine fridge, water dispenser, electric stove, and essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 12. The outdoor dining area can seat 8.

• Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the gym and sauna. Yoga mats are available on request, and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated media room equipped with a 55'' Smart TV with Netflix. Bluetooth speakers in all rooms. A pool table on the ground floor, along with a selection of books and board games. A pair of kayaks and paddle boards are also available; swimming pool toys are available for guests' use.

• Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome fruit bowl, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, villa attendants, gardener, pool maintenance, spa therapists, and estate security).
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request at THB 1,500 nett per van per way and can seat 7 pax with luggages.
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at (extra charge).
• Pool fences are available on request at (extra charge).
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents. Extra bed is available at USD $100++ per person per night. Two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
