Sava Villa 4 - Villa Essenza

Situated along the private Natai Beach, Villa Essenza offers discerning families and large groups their own tropical sanctuary right by the glistening Andaman Sea. Upon entering the villa's open-plan space, guests are greeted by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that seamlessly intertwine indoor elegance with the natural splendour of the outdoors. At the heart of Villa Essenza is its spacious living room—a sumptuous lounging area that has captivating views of the outdoors. The adjacent TV room is also a choice spot for movie nights or quiet moments of reflection.

Outside, the villa's expansive grounds invite guests to indulge in various recreational activities. From sunbathing at the pool deck to a round of beach volleyball and al fresco dining under the stars, there’s a host of enjoyable pursuits at Villa Essenza. The six-bedroom villa has two luxurious master suites and four guest bedrooms, each meticulously appointed with top-of-the-line furnishings and boasting breathtaking views. It also has a dedicated team of staff including a villa manager, attendants, and a private chef.

• Floors: Sava Villa 4 - Villa Essenza occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, air-conditioned living room, indoor dining area, three bedrooms, an entertainment room with Smart TV, kitchen, common guest restroom, a large manicured garden with a sala by the beach, outdoor dining area and swimming pool.

  • 2nd Floor: Three bedrooms including master bedroom.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 13 adults.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a covered sitting area by the pool.

• Pool: Measuring 25m x 6m x 1.3m Saltwater Infinity Pool; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are six lounge chairs and two pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Delonghi coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 11. The outdoor dining area can seat 8.

• Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the estate gym. Yoga mats are provided at the villa and the spacious garden at the villa provides a serene setting for practicing yoga.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout the villas and unwind in the dedicated media room equipped with a Smart TV. There's also a pool table and table tennis on the ground floor, along with a selection of books and board games. Kayaks, paddle boards, and four bicycles, as well as outdoor activities like volleyball, basketball and soccer are available to guests.

• Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking space available for two cars.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2011.

• Surface total area: 823 sqm (villa); 4,478 sqm (land).

Weddings & Events

• Weddings and events are allowed at Villa Tievoli, Villa Amarelo, Villa Cielo, and Villa Essenza.
• Maximum number of guests: 120 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 120 guests (maximum standing capacity)
• Minimum nights: 3 nights (low and shoulder seasons); 5 nights (high season including Chinese New Year & Easter week); 14 nights (peak season).
• Event fees: For Ceremony and Reception, USD $1,600++ for up to 60 guests and USD $ 2,200++ for 61 to 120 guests (subject to 17.7% tax and service charge) and an estate buyout is required to book an event. For small events of up to 25 guests, USD $800++ (subject to 17.7% tax and service charge)
• Security deposit of USD $5,000 will be collected and is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
• Curfews: Live music (band) and DJ permitted until 12:00 midnight. No sound system is to be used on pre- and post event or during the event rehearsals. Failure to adhere to the above will result in a partial or full loss of security deposit.
• Fireworks, flying lanterns, fire shows and pets/animals are strictly prohibited by the local authorities.
• Event guidelines and an accurate quotation are available on request.
• An estate buyout is required to book an event.
• Special events fee: To host a ceremony only from 4:15 pm to 6:15 pm, USD $800++ for up to 60 guests and USD $1,200++ for 61 to 120 guests
• Special events fee: To host a ceremony only from 6:15 pm to 12:00 midnight, USD $1,400++ for up to 60 guests and USD $2,000++ for 61 to 120 guests

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome fruit bowl, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, villa attendants, gardener, pool maintenance, and estate security).
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request at THB 1,500 nett per van per way and can seat 7 pax with luggages.
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available upon request (extra charge).
• Pool fences are available upon request (extra charge).
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra beds are not available at this property. This property is designed to comfortably sleep 13 adults. Additional guests are unfortunately not allowed.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
