A world of leisure awaits outdoors: from the inviting infinity pool and sun-drenched deck to the tranquil beachfront garden and gazebo. Each of the six bedrooms is a haven of comfort and style, with the most coveted ones being the romantic top-floor suite and the stylish seaview master’s suite. Villa Amarelo offers a host of luxurious amenities including an entertainment room, a billiard table, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. It also has a dedicated team of staff attending to every detail leaving guests to sit back and create memories to last a lifetime.

• Floors: Sava Villa 2 - Villa Amarelo occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, air-conditioned living room, indoor dining area, three bedrooms, an entertainment room with Smart TV, kitchen, common guest restroom, a large manicured garden with a sala by the beach, outdoor dining area and swimming pool.
  • 2nd Floor: Three bedrooms including master bedroom.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 12 adults and 1 child.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a covered sitting area by the pool.

• Pool: Measuring 25m x 6m x 1.3m Saltwater Infinity Pool; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are eight lounge chairs and three pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Delonghi coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 12. The outdoor dining area can seat 10.

• Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the estate gym. Yoga mats are provided at the villa and the spacious garden at the villa provides a serene setting for practicing yoga.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout the villas and unwind in the dedicated media room equipped with a Smart TV featuring Netflix and Amazon Prime. There’s also a pool table and table tennis on the ground floor, along with a selection of books and board games. Kayaks, paddle boards, four bicycles, as well as outdoor activities like volleyball and soccer, are available to guests.

• Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking space available for two cars.

Weddings & Events

• Weddings and events are permitted only at Villa Tievoli, Villa Amarelo, Villa Cielo, Villa Essenza, and Villa Malee Sai within the Sava Beach Villas estate.

• Guest Capacity

  • Seated: Up to 80 guests
  • Standing: Up to 120 guests

• Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Low & Shoulder Seasons: 3 nights
  • High Season (including Chinese New Year & Easter): 5 nights
  • Peak Season: 14 nights

• Event Fees

  • Ceremony & Reception:
  • USD $1,600++ for up to 60 guests
  • USD $2,200++ for 61 to 120 guests
  • (Subject to 17.7% tax and service charge)

• Special Event Options:

  • Ceremony only (4:15pm – 6:15pm):
  • USD $800++ for up to 60 guests
  • USD $1,200++ for 61 to 120 guests

• Reception only (6:15pm – 12:00 midnight):

  • USD $1,400++ for up to 60 guests
  • USD $2,000++ for 61 to 120 guests
  • (Subject to 17.7% tax and service charge)

• Security Deposit

• A refundable USD $5,000 security deposit is required. This will be returned in full provided there is no damage or need for deep cleaning.

• Curfews & Sound Restrictions

• Live music and DJs permitted until 12:00 midnight
• No sound systems allowed during pre-/post-events or rehearsals

• Non-compliance may result in a partial or full loss of the security deposit.

• Prohibited by Local Authorities:

  • Fireworks
  • Flying lanterns
  • Fire shows
  • Pets or animals

• Estate Buyout vs. Partial Villa Booking

• While an estate buyout remains preferred, we now allow non-buyout weddings and events, subject to approval. The following conditions apply:
  • A minimum of 3 villas must be booked, including the event villa and adjacent villas, to ensure privacy and operational ease.

• Partial villa bookings are still subject to owner approval, based on the event size and occupancy levels during the requested period at the time of booking. For example:

  • Event at Villa Tievoli → must also book Villa Amarelo and Villa Roxo or Aqua
  • Event at Villa Essenza → must also book Villa Cielo and Villa Malee Sai

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome fruit bowl, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, villa attendants, gardener, pool maintenance, and estate security).
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request at THB 1,500 nett per van per way and can seat 7 pax with luggages.
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available upon request (extra charge).
• Pool fences are available upon request (extra charge).
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $100++ per adult per night. Standard capacity is 12 adults and 1 child (No extra charge). Maximum capacity is 13 adults but at an extra charge of USD $100++ per night. Only one (1) additional bed can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
