Featuring seven beachfront villas, this exclusive enclave serves as the perfect backdrop for a relaxing family holiday or a milestone celebration.

With a curated collection of four-to-seven-bedroom fully staffed villas, boasting contemporary interiors and stylish al fresco areas, along with in-house spas, games rooms, and beachfront gazebos in some villas, the estate offers guests myriad options for leisure and entertainment, regardless of which villa you're staying in.

Step into your private tropical oasis, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the glimmering Andaman Sea and the surrounding verdant gardens, where your villa's private infinity pool stretches towards the horizon, and sun-drenched terraces beckon you to take it slow. With direct access to Natai Beach, your villa also grants you the luxury of 10 tranquil kilometres of powdery white sand, perfect for a leisurely stroll, a swim in the crystalline waters, or a round of kayaking and paddleboarding.

• The Villa Complex: Sava Beach Villas consist of 7 private, self-contained villas, including: 1 seven-bedroom villa, 4 six-bedroom villas, and 2 four-bedroom villas. Each villa is privately walled and gated, yet easily accessible via pathways within the estate. Five of the villas offer direct beach access, while the other two are situated just behind, arranged over three levels to maximize sea views.

• Capacity: The entire complex can accommodate from 8 to 85 guests.

• Living Areas: Living areas vary from villa to villa and all have a living room; indoor dining room; guest kitchen; TV/family room; outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities and furnished pool terrace.

• Pool: Each villa has a private pool of either 18 or 25 metres in length; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; lounge chairs, pool umbrellas and sunbeds are available; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: Each villa has an in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses.

• Dining Areas: Each villa features both indoor and outdoor dining areas tailored to its capacity.

• Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the estate gym. Yoga mats are provided at the villas and the spacious gardens and the pool deck at the villas provides a serene setting for practicing yoga.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated media room for selected villa equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. There’s also a pool table and foosball table along with a selection of books and board games, as well as kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and more.

• Other facilities: All villas have a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking space available for two cars on each villa.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2011.

• Surface total area: Some villas have a property area of 642 sqm while others have a total land area of up to 2,290 sqm.

Weddings & Events

• Weddings and events are allowed at Villa Tievoli, Villa Amarelo, Villa Cielo, and Villa Essenza.
• Maximum number of guests: 80 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 120 guests (maximum standing capacity)
• Minimum nights: 3 nights (low and shoulder seasons); 5 nights (high season including Chinese New Year & Easter week); 14 nights (peak season).
• Event fees: For Ceremony and Reception, USD $1,600++ for up to 60 guests and USD $ 2,200++ for 61 to 120 guests (subject to 17.7% tax and service charge) and an estate buyout is required to book an event. For small events of up to 25 guests, USD $800++ (subject to 17.7% tax and service charge)
• Security deposit of USD $5,000 will be collected and is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
• Curfews: Live music (band) and DJ permitted until 12:00 midnight. No sound system is to be used on pre- and post event or during the event rehearsals. Failure to adhere to the above will result in a partial or full loss of security deposit.
• Fireworks, flying lanterns, fire shows and pets/animals are strictly prohibited by the local authorities.
• Event guidelines and an accurate quotation are available on request.
• An estate buyout is required to book an event.
• Special events fee: To host a ceremony only from 4:15 pm to 6:15 pm, USD $800++ for up to 60 guests and USD $1,200++ for 61 to 120 guests
• Special events fee: To host a ceremony only from 6:15 pm to 12:00 midnight, USD $1,400++ for up to 60 guests and USD $2,000++ for 61 to 120 guests

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome fruit bowl, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, villa attendants, gardener, pool maintenance, spa therapists, and estate security).
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request at THB 1,500 nett per van per way and can seat 7 pax with luggages.
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at each villa. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available upon request (extra charge).
• Pool fences are available upon request (extra charge).
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra beds are available for Villa Amarelo and Villa Roxo. Only one (1) additional bed can be arranged for each property at USD $100++ per person per night.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
