Coastal Escape - Natai

Hiding in the Phang-Nga town of Khok Kloi, Coastal Escape Natai has injected its four villas, each with five bedrooms, with mid-century character. Think pavilion-like houses with expansive glass, reinforced concrete, and open-plan layouts that epitomise modernist interiors. With an emphasis on volume that highlights the importance of an individual, lounge-like experience, the villas boast spacious interiors with low-slung furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows. Other areas to embrace the beauty of the peaceful life include sprawling pool decks framed by coconut trees, and the private, casuarina-lined beach that stretches as far as the eyes can see. Tours to nearby attractions can be arranged, and in-villa massages are available in the spa room.

With a maximum occupancy of 10 guests, the villas at Coastal Escape Natai are ideal for beach parties with an intimate atmosphere or a lively family get-together set against picturesque beachfront views. Throw a barbecue party that inspires communication, arranged with the help of the villa team, then enjoy slow living indoors with on-demand spa treatments.

Each of the five-bedroom, 700 sqm villas has high-ceiling interiors with flowing curtains and puddled drapes that show off laidback luxury. Amenities for an unforgettable holiday include a fully-equipped kitchen and wine cellar, plus a barbecue area and private pool bar. Attending to guests, the team includes the villa manager (on-call), attendants, gardener, driver as well as maintenance and security staff.

Entering your villa, you’re greeted by an all-white living room that nods to modernism with asymmetrical accents and little yet elegant ornamentation. Enjoy a relaxed start to the day at the pool bar followed by meals in the open-plan dining room for 10 people, which fosters conviviality. Besides that, al fresco dining by the pool, which faces the ocean, makes for a welcome change of scene.

• Floors: Coastal Escape - Natai comprises four units, each occupying two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, indoor dining area, two bedrooms, kitchen, outdoor dining area with a BBQ station, and swimming pool.

  • 2nd Floor: Three bedrooms, including the master bedroom.

• Capacity: Each villa can accommodate 10 guests.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an alfresco dining area with BBQ facilities and a covered seating area by the pool.

• Pool: The measures 15m x 4m x 1.5m; No shallow end; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are ten sunbeds and two pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: Serviced by the estate’s central kitchen, run by a highly skilled chef and his team. The chef is adept in the preparation of Thai and western cuisines, which are served hot in the villa. Private chef service for BBQ/pool side set-up is available on request (charges apply). Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menu). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. Pre-arrival shopping service: grocery bill + 30% handling fee. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site. In the event you purchase your own food/ingredients, we can also arrange cooking, setup, and cleaning for a fee: THB 1,000++ for lunch and THB 1,500++ for dinner (Max. 10 people). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Illy coffee machine, ice maker, toaster, microwave, wine fridge, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 10 people. The outdoor dining area can also seat 10 guests.

• Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the spa room with massage beds for relaxation. The spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga, and yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a 55-inch Smart TV, local and international channels, LG and Panasonic sound system. A kayak is available for guests' use.

• Other facilities: Each villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter.

• Parking: Sufficient parking space available for 2 cars for each villa.

• Year built / refurbished: 2023.

• Surface total area: 415 sqm (villa). 1,000 sqm (land).

Weddings & Events

• Maximum number of guests: 1 villa: 25 guests; 2 villas: 40 guests; 4 villas: 60 guests (maximum seating capacity).

• Minimum nights: Weddings for up to 60 guests require a minimum 3 nights buyout: 3 Nights

• Event fees: For Ceremony and Reception, USD $720 ++ for 1 villa up to 25 guests, USD $1,250++ for 2 villas up to 40 guests and USD $1,500++ for 4 villas up to 60 guests (subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax) and an estate buyout is required to book an event.. Any pre or post wedding events where guests including villa guests exceed 1.5 the amount staying within the villa must be planned and catered for by the Coastal Escape or wedding planner team.

• Security deposit for 1 villa (11 - 25 guests): None; 2 villas (26 - 40 guests): USD $1,400; 4 villas (Up to 60 guests): USD $2,800

• All 4 villas (All Seasons). Approved event organisers must be appointed or using our in-house appointed teams.

• All music must be turned down by midnight in the villas, which have neighboring communities or villas with guests. You are permitted to go over to the in-house sound system. In the event of a complaint made, we will have to adhere to this however we will be as flexible as possible.

• Fireworks are only permitted with our approved supplier following an approval from relevant authority and must be released after 10pm due to local Thai law with wind and weather permitting. We will endeavor to keep all candles and tiki torches lit however in the event of wind or rain, please note this is not possible and we cannot provide refunds as this will be out of our control. Fireworks need to be booked and have a certificate of at least 3 week prior to the event, last minute can-not be arranged.

Rate Inclusions

• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).

• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at each villa.
• Babysitting service available upon request (extra charge).
• Pool fences are not available.
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional bed can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
