Villa Praison is like nothing you’ve ever seen before. Resting within an exclusive estate, Villa Praison’s clifftop perch overlooks Phuket's spectacular northwest coast. This luxurious, contemporary-Thai-styled abode promises an idyllic island experience that will delight you in every way. Accommodating 8 adults and 8 children on two levels, the property is framed by soulful views of the lush forest and ocean waves.

Stepping in on the upper level, you’ll be captivated by the sultry grandeur of the formal living room. Comprising high ceilings, polished woods and three sliding-glass walls, it’s awash with natural light. The oversized sofas provide a cosy gathering spot for the entire family. As the sun goes down, picture yourself on the wraparound balcony, gazing out at the views with a colourful cocktail in hand. When hunger strikes, a 12-seater table in the tropical dining room invites you to relish a wide range of delicious meals prepared by your talented chef.

Heading downstairs via a spiral staircase, you’ll find that all the formalities have been replaced by a wonderful sense of calm and relaxation. Lounge on a daybed in the shaded living sala, or indulge in an alfresco dining experience, while enjoying the gentle caress of the tropical breezes.

A 12.5-metre infinity pool awaits you, merging seamlessly with the lush greenery beyond and offering up a visual treat. For some indoor fun, head to the games room, which features two lounge areas, a snooker table, board games, an Apple TV, DVD player, and Netflix.

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, a microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, rice cooker, ice machine and stove top. A BBQ is also available.

As the day winds down, the bedrooms of Villa Praison present unparalleled comfort and privacy. The upper floor boasts a lavish master bedroom, complete with a walk-in wardrobe, king-size bed and Smart TV. The impressive ensuite bathroom is fitted with large picture windows, welcoming the day. The remaining bedrooms are on the lower floor, all with poolside access and ensuite bathrooms. One is a designated kids’ dorm with four bunk beds. This is the only bedroom without a TV.

• Floors: Villa Praison occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Outdoor living and dining area, kitchen, games room, four bedrooms, and swimming pool.

  • Second Floor: Main Entrance, indoor living room, and master bedroom.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults and 8 children.

• Living Areas: There is an open-plan with oversized sofas, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. It also has a poolside area with sunbeds, outdoor sala, games room with Apple TV, lounge area, and staff kitchen with BBQ facilities.

• Pool: Measuring 12.5m x 6m x 1.5m Swimming pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are seven sunbeds with umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, Nespresso machine (capsules are available at an extra charge plus shopping fee), refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, ice machine, blender, juicer, toaster, and stove top as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 12 persons. The outdoor dining area can seat up to 6 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge. There is also a nearby Gym facilities at Trisara Hotel that costs THB 500++ per person.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and an Apple TV, Smart TV, and Satellite TV. There is also a DVD player, SONOS sound system in the living and pool area only, Snooker/Pool table, board games, and netflix streaming services.

• Other facilities: The villa features safety deposit box in the master bedroom 1 and 2, hairdryers, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking space is available for 2 vehicles.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome drink, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, gardener, and securities). Staff working hours are from 8am to 9pm. Additional cost for extra staff is THB 1,200++ for eight hours during the day and cost for additional hours is THB 500++ per hour after 9pm. Advance notice for additional staff/hours is required.
• Airport transfer is available at THB 1,800 per van per way for up to 8 pax and subject to 7% VAT.
• Additional airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary two baby cots and one high chair is available at the villa upon request. Other baby items for hire are also available upon request at an extra charge.
• Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
