A fully-equipped kitchen allows you to showcase your culinary talents, or to prepare coffee with a Nespresso machine and expertly mixed juices, whenever you like.

• Floors: Baan Sang is a multi-level building with three distinct floors: a ground floor, an upper floor, and a basement:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, indoor living room, indoor dining area, one bedroom, kitchen, outdoor dining area, and swimming pool.
  • 2nd Floor: Two bedrooms, including the master bedroom.
  • Basement: Treadmill, entertainment room, and one bedroom.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an open living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor living area and a seating area by the pool.

• Pool: Measuring 25m x 4m x 1.6m Saltwater infinity pool; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are four sunbeds and four lounge chairs; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, freezer, ice maker, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, stove, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 8. The outdoor dining area can seat 12.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and Yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge. A treadmill is also available for guests' use.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout the property and an 86-inch Smart TV in the living room featuring Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. Guests can also enjoy a selection of books and board games.

• Other facilities: The villa has a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
