Escape to your very own exclusive hideaway at Baan View Talay. This luxurious and airy 6+1 bedroom villa is built onto the Nathon hillside with breathtaking panorama of the surrounding vistas and sea views. The opulent entrance welcomes you past a pond and tropical garden and through an ornate, hand-carved wooden door from Chiang Mai that opens to the living area. Built to accommodate large groups of family or friends, the indoor living room is equipped with a pool table and dining space for ten. The room opens up further to the deck and pool area as well as the spectacular surroundings. While the view from every room boasts some of nature’s best works, the villa’s many sporting amenities may just steal your attention away and keep you occupied. Besides the infinity pool that hangs over a cliff, the villa also offers an indoor gym, a putting green, a field for badminton, volleyball or soccer and even a petanque boulodrome for target bowling. The villa is also equipped with a foosball table, cable TV and multiple indoor and outdoor lounging areas.

• Floors: Baan View Talay occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Three bedrooms including master bedroom, indoor living area, outdoor living area, gym, master villa, studio, staff quarters, and golf putter.

  • Second Floor: Three bedrooms.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 12 adults.

• Living Areas: There is a living room with a pool table and bonzini table with air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is also a modern kitchen with counter top and the poolside area with sea view has sunbeds. The outdoor area has a lounge bed, round dining table, and BBQ facilities.

• Pool: Measuring 14m x 6m x 1.55m Swimming Pool; No shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are nine single sunbeds and one dual sunbed; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine (Minimex Bella Espresso and Nespresso), refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, and stove top as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can sit up to 12 persons and the outdoor balcony dining area can sit up to 10 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.There is an in-villa gym, petanque boulodrome, badminton court, and golf putter.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a 55" curved Smart TV in the living room with satellite and Satellite TV in every bedroom. There is also a Panasonic blu-ray DVD player and Denon and JBL sound system.

• Other facilities: The villa features a bonzini table, pool table, yoga mats, four massage beds, first aid kit, non-smoking rooms, garden, universal adapter, safety deposit box, and hairdryers. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking space is available for up to 3 cars.

Weddings & Events

• If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.
• Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
• Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
• The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 20 guests (combination of seating and standing).
• Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
• Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
• Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by the villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, gardener, and securities).
• Private Chef service included. In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available for free upon request.
• An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

• Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability (extra charge may apply).
