The villa itself comprises six pavilions that house six bedrooms with effortlessly elegant interiors. Its many recreational amenities include: an entertainment room with a Smart TV , a spa room, beachside treehouse, and an outdoor cinema area for movie nights under the stars. A hidden perk: the underwater views of the 20m infinity-edge pool, which can be enjoyed from the sunken library.

The property also offers complimentary use of watersports and volleyball equipment. Featuring free WiFi throughout and an entertainment den equipped with Smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon subscriptions, it’s tempting to linger in its cocooning surroundings. As part of your unforgettable stay, a talented in-villa chef will also ensure you’ll have sumptuous meals (whether Western or Thai-style), while the attentive service staff will ensure you have everything you need.

After filling your days with activity, sleep soundly come nightfall in the utterly comfortable six ensuite bedrooms, each with its own unique design inspired by the sea and tropical life. Able to host up to 12 guests, the villa is designed for a multigenerational family holiday or a long-awaited reunion with close friends. Three bedrooms offer direct pool access, while the spacious master suite features a large bathtub, and is well-placed next to a garden that leads out to the beach and its azure waters.

• Floors: Ban Suriya occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, indoor dining area, spa room, sunken library, six bedrooms including master bedroom, kitchen, outdoor dining area and swimming pool.

  • Second floor: Mezzanine Lounge.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 12 adults.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an open living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a seating area by the pool.

• Pool: Pool 1 measures 20m x 5m x 1.1m (infinity), and Pool 2 measures 8.5m x 3m x 0.9m (plunge), both chlorinated; No shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are twelve sunbeds and three pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Nespresso & Philips coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, waffle and sandwich maker, rice cooker, electric kettle, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools., cutlery and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 12 guests. The outdoor dining area can seat 14 guests.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request, and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge. There is a spa room with massage beds or a beachside tree house for guests to enjoy relaxing treatments.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa. There is a dedicated media room equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV featuring Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. Indoor entertainment includes games in the mezzanine lounge like foosball and giant chess. Outdoor entertainment options consist of an outdoor projector, along with activities such as beach volleyball, a pool table, and table tennis. Additionally, guests can enjoy a selection of books in the sunken library and board games. Kayaks and SUP boards.

• Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Parking available would be along the road in front of the villa.

Weddings & Events

• Event Organizer Approval
  • All event companies must receive prior approval from The Luxe Nomad before accepting any deposit for the event.
  • Guests are required to hire an approved event organizer if an event fee is applicable.
• Guest Capacity
  • Maximum capacity: 150 guests (seating/standing combined)
• Event Fees
  • USD 1,200 + 7% tax for events up to 80 guests.
  • USD 1,500 + 7% tax for events up to 150 guests.
  • Optional Fee: USD 600 + 7% tax for pre-/post-event casual gatherings (up to 50 guests).
• Staffing and Event Logistics
  • Events must be fully staffed by the event company, including setup, clean-up, full F&B team, and supervision by a planner.
  • Use of villa interiors, including rooms for storage or the event, requires prior approval from The Luxe Nomad. Only outdoor spaces are permitted for events.
• Restricted Areas and Bad Weather Contingency
  • The deck area cannot be used for events, dining, or dancing.
  • Event companies must provide appropriate covers, marquees, or tents in case of bad weather.
• Setup, Clean-up, and Damage Prevention
  • Wooden flooring or staging for dancing must be used on lawn areas to prevent damage.
  • Staging or physical alterations to the villa, such as setups in the pool, require prior approval.
  • The villa must be fully cleaned, and all rubbish removed on the same night of the event. No items should remain at the villa post-event.
• Planner Responsibilities
  • The planner must be onsite from event setup to the departure of the last guest and completion of clean-up.
• Event Details and Timing
  • A detailed event plan must be submitted to the management company at least 4 weeks prior, including:
    • Number of guests.
    • Schedule (including finish time).
    • Details of the ceremony, dinner, entertainment (e.g., DJ, live band).
  • All plans are subject to approval, and adjustments may be requested.
  • Music must be turned down by 12 midnight, and noise levels should be adjusted upon request to respect neighbouring villas.
• Fireworks and Fire Performances
  • Fireworks must only be provided by a licensed Thai company adhering to local regulations.
  • Performances involving fire (e.g., fire dancers, lanterns) are allowed only under safe weather conditions and on the beach area. Any damages caused will be the client’s responsibility.
• Villa Manager Support Fee
  • A fee of THB 5,000 (payable by the event company) will be provided to the villa manager for onsite support. This is not considered a tip.
• Damage Deposit
  • Events exceeding 1.5 times villa occupancy: THB 150,000 refundable deposit.
  • Events under 1.5 times villa occupancy: THB 50,000 refundable deposit.
  • Refunds will be issued after the event, provided no damage or deep cleaning is required. The guest is responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their guests, or external contractors.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome fruit bowl, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, villa attendants, gardener, pool maintenance and security).
• Private Chef service included (excluding grocery bill + 25% handling fee).
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary two (2) baby cots and two (2) high chairs are available at the villa free of charge.
• Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Pool fences are available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only three (3) additional bed can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
