Dhevatara Cove Estate

• Dhevatara Cove Estate, which occupies the southern end of secluded Lipa Noi bay on the unspoiled east coast of Koh Samui, consists of six separate beachfront villas, three of which are available for rental: Baan Chang, Baan Samlarn and Villa Haineu. Secluded at the southern end of the beach and sheltered by a landscaped headland, the 5-bedroom beachfront villas are distinguished by palatial proportions enhanced by uninterrupted sea views. Beyond the privacy of a freestone front wall, the initial focal point of each villa is a tall central reception, with east and west glazed screens, designed for receiving guests, dining or simply relaxing and enjoying the cooling breeze.

• The estate consists of Baan Chang, Baan Samlarn,and Villa Haineu. All villas in the estate have 5-bedrooms each with a similar layout but Baan Chang is the most expansive and exclusive of all the villas.

• Standard Capacity: 10 guests per 5-Bedrooms villa.

• Living Areas: There is a main indoor living area with oversized sofas, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The Alfresco dining area is conveniently located beside the kitchen and counter top. There’s also an outdoor dining and beach sala with BBQ facilities and a seating areal.

• Pool: Baan Samlarn: 18.6m x 5.3m x 1.8m Pool with built-in Jacuzzi, Baan Chang: 18.5m x 5.3m x 1.8m, Villa Haineu: 19m x 5.5m x 1.84m Pool with built-in Jacuzzi; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are eleven sunbeds with umbrellas and one daybed; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, and stove top as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area for each villa can seat up to 12 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge. Sauna and gym/fitness facilities are shared within the estate.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV. Watersport equipment such as kayak is available for guest's use and swimming pool.

• Other facilities: The villa features a universal adapter, back-up generator, safety deposit box, hairdryers, and CCTV. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking garage is available.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2006.

Weddings & Events

• If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.
• Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
• Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
• Dhevatara Cove Estate villas can be rented individually to hold events/weddings. Each of the villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 40 guests (combination of seating and standing, including villa guests). Please note that Baan Chang can accommodate up to a maximum 50 guests (combination of seating and standing, including villa guests).
• Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
• Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
• Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
• Event guidelines and accurate quotation are available on request only.
• The above event fees are subject to change without prior notice. Other charges may apply on request basis.

Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service

• Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
• Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

Airport Transfers Inclusion

• Rates for Dhevatara Cove Estate includes 1 x round trip airport transfer :1 van only for each way for each villa booked for 4 bedrooms and below; or 2 vans only for each way for each villa booked for 5 bedrooms and above (7-10 persons per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply).
• Additional airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

• Extra beds may be available at USD 50++ per night per person (includes breakfast).
• Baby cot provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Advance booking is required.
• Babysitting service may be available at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required.

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner.
• Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges.
