Occupying a peaceful tropical hillside location that slopes gently onto a secluded beach, this stunning beach escape is set on three levels, and is connected by stepped pathways across beautiful Balinese-style landscaped grounds. Overlooking the island of Koh Matlang, this villa is not short on stupendous views, but it is the level of detail, luxury, wide-ranging facilities and sleek finishing that really take the cake. Boasting a large choice of private and communal space, you‘ll find water features to please the eyes, a shaded poolside sala, a garden dining pavilion, a resort-style kitchen, capacious living spaces which open out onto the elements thanks to folding glass doors, a private cinema room, and even a sunken beachside spa with a massage sala, an oversized beachside jacuzzi complete with its own infinity pool! We love the master suite which offers a walk-in closet, high ceilings, a jacuzzi, and a poolside terrace and private balcony, while children will have their fancies tickled with a dormitory room that can accommodate six to eight children for the perfect sleepover!

The smiling staff take care of the details and with meals prepared to order by a private chef and a spacious dining room in which to gather for the feast, the urge to explore the menus at the restaurants in nearby Chaweng may quickly fade.

• Floors: Sangsuri Villa 3 occupies three floors:

  • Beach Level: One bedroom, ponds, reading sala, large Jacuzzi, panorama deck, swim deck, beach deck, and beach.

  • Ground Floor: Two bedrooms, kitchen/dish wash, outdoor play deck, multi-use area, dining room, living room, ponds, swimming pool, and pool sala.

  • Second Floor: Three bedrooms.

  • Third Floor: Back-of-house and arrival area.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 12 adults and can add up to 6 guests in the Dorm.

• Living Areas: There is an open-plan living area with oversized sofas, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The long dining room leads to the fully-equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor sala and al fresco dining area with BBQ facilities.

• Pool: Measuring 22.7m x 4.7m x 1.75m Infinity pool, 5.1m x 4.5m x 75cm Outdoor jacuzzi, and an indoor jacuzzi in the master bedroom; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are six sunbeds with umbrellas, pool sala, and a sun deck; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, stove top, and wine chiller as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can sit up to 16 persons. The outdoor dining area can sit up to 20 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge. The villa has a fully-equipped shared gym/fitness facilities (located at Sangsuri Villa 1). Complimentary two (2) Spa vouchers for each booked double bedroom (except dorm).

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a TV. The villa also has a sound system and a portable outdoor projector (shared with other Sangsuri villas). Watersport equipment such as kayaks and paddle board are available for guest's use and swimming pool.

• Other facilities: The villa features a games room, large lawn for badminton and other games, volleyball, table tennis, back-up generator, safety deposit box, hairdryers, universal adapter, and CCTV. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking garage is available.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2010; Refurbished in 2017.

• Surface total area: 3,200 sqm (land).

Weddings & Events

• If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party, which involves having exceeded the maximum number of guest allowed at each villa, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee with an extra USD 3,500 for security deposit and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event fee.
• The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 20 guests including guests staying in the villa.
• Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
• Fireworks are not allowed at Sangsuri Estate due to safety reasons.
• Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily breakfast, complimentary welcome lunch or dinner with 2 bottles of wine, complimentary 2 Spa vouchers (60 minutes) for each double room booked (excluding the Dorm room), complimentary farewell beach front movie night with 2 bottles of sparkling wine, complimentary WiFi, and services by the villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, 2 gardeners, pool attendant, maintenance staff, pool/Jacuzzi/pond cleaner, and security).
• Private Chef service included. In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Complimentary one round-trip airport transfer.
• Additional airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary two baby cots and one high chair are available at the villa.
• An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. All rooms in the villa can accommodate an extra bed except the 7th bedroom.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
