Sangsuri Villa 2 is a magnificent property located directly on a secluded beach just north of Chaweng in Koh Samui. Designed as a series of stunning pavilions that open up to a beautifully landscaped property and sea views beyond, you‘ll find plenty of chic living and outdoor spaces, a sleek high end kitchen complete with central island breakfast bar, a dining room that seats up to 26 guests, not one but two swimming infinity pools, and seven modern and ultra-stylish guest rooms including one dormitory specially for children. Whether you‘re lounging poolside, reclining on a daybed watching your favourite move on the cinema screen, sipping cocktails by the huge beachside Jacuzzi, or dining al fresco to your personal chef‘s creations, there will be no doubt that this is the holiday villa of your dreams. What we love most? The elegant and sleek interiors and the thatched pavilions which recall the Balinese tropical spirit.

The efficient live-in staff takes care of the details – everything from special guest requests to recommendations on where to go, eat, etc. A private chef is on hand as well to prepare delicious Thai and Western meals to be enjoyed in one of the many comfortable al fresco dining areas.

• Floors: Sangsuri Villa 2 occupies five floors:

  • Beach Level: One bedroom, living/TV room, dining room, multi-use area, kitchen, pool, event kitchen, jacuzzi, outdoor deck, massage sala, and beach.

  • Ground Floor: Two bedrooms, living sala, kitchen/bar sala, ponds.

  • Second Floor: One bedroom and ponds.

  • Third Floor: Two bedrooms including the dorm room and reception.

  • Fourth Floor: One bedroom and office/store/housekeeping.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 14 adults and can add up to 6 guests in the Dorm.

• Living Areas: There is an open air living area with oversized sofas, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The long dining room leads to the fully-equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor sala and dining table by the pool with BBQ facilities.

• Pool: Measuring 15.7m x 5.7m x 1.8m Lower level pool, 15.3m x 4m x 1.1m Upper level pool, and 7.4m x 3.8m x 1m Jacuzzi; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature. There are also eight sunbeds with three umbrellas, four massage beds, and a pool sala; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, stove top, wine chiller as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 26 persons. The outdoor dining area can seat up to 14 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.The villa has a fully-equipped shared gym/fitness facilities (located at Sangsuri Villa 1). Complimentary two (2) Spa vouchers for each booked double bedroom (except dorm).

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a TV/Satellite TV. The villa also has a sound system, music/DVD library, table tennis, and a portable outdoor projector (shared with Sangsuri 3). Watersport equipment such as kayaks and paddle board are available for guest's use and swimming pool.

• Other facilities: The villa features a large lawn, volleyball, table tennis, back-up generator, safety deposit box, hairdryers, universal adapter, and CCTV. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking garage is available.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2010; Refurbished in 2017.

• Surface total area: 3,200 sqm (land).

Weddings & Events

• The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 40 guests, combination of seating and standing (including villa guests).
• Minimum nights stay: 3 nights for low/shoulder; 5 nights for high season; 7 nights for peak season.
• Event fees: USD 500 for up to 30 guests; USD 800 for up to 40 guests. All event fees are subject to a 7% tax.

• If the event involves having exceeded 30 guests, USD 2,500 or THB 100,000 for security deposit will be required; THB 50,000 if less than 30 guests and an optional of 50% of the event fee for pre/post-event fee. Provided that the second function is beyond 24 hours from the main event.
• Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
• Fireworks are not allowed at Sangsuri Estate due to safety reasons.
• Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily breakfast, complimentary welcome lunch or dinner with 2 bottles of wine, complimentary 2 Spa vouchers (60 minutes) for each double room booked (excluding the Dorm room), complimentary farewell beach front movie night with 2 bottles of sparkling wine, complimentary WiFi, and services by the villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, 2 gardeners, pool attendant, maintenance staff, pool/Jacuzzi/pond cleaner, and security).
• Private Chef service included. In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Complimentary one round-trip airport transfer.
• Additional airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary two baby cots and one high chair are available at the villa.
• An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged. All rooms in the villa can accommodate an extra bed except the 6th bedroom.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
