• What. If you‘re looking for the ultimate large holiday getaway, Sangsuri Estate is it. Book all three majestic villas which range from eight bedrooms, seven bedrooms, six bedrooms including an option of up to four dormitories that are specifically designed for children. Built over a series of wide, beautifully landscaped terraces that gently step down to a secluded stretch of beach, all bedrooms feature their own ensuite bathrooms, indoor or outdoor showers and spectacular sea views. Think ultra-stylish lounge spaces, large dining rooms, al fresco areas, plenty of communal and private spaces to explore, private cinema rooms, sky gardens and sun terraces, and a total of four infinity swimming pools, three oversized beachfront jacuzzis, and three massage salas. Complimentary airport transfers, WiFi, daily continental breakfast, and top notch services by your personal villa managers, concierge, housekeepers, and private chefs will make this holiday or event a dream.

• Why. Pavilions with private sky gardens and sun terraces, outstanding views of the ocean, and plenty of privacy even if you’re in a big group.

• The neighbouring Sangsuri Villa 1, Sangsuri Villa 2, and Sangsuri Villa 3 can be rented together or individually. The estate is an appealing choice for weddings or other celebratory stays!

• Standard Capacity: 16 guests (8 bedrooms) in Sangsuri Villa 1; 14 guests (7 bedrooms) in Sangsuri Villa 2; and 12 guests (6 bedrooms) in Sangsuri Villa 3. Note: Dorm rooms and extra guests are not included.

• Dorms (on request, extra charges apply): The 3 villas have the option to add up to 4 dormitory rooms. Sangsuri 1 has a total of 2 dorm rooms with one dorm fitted with 6 single beds or 2 single/a double bed [accommodates (i) up to 6 children up to 12 years old or (ii) 2 adults as a twin/double or (iii) 2 adults and 4 children as a family room]; and the second dorm fitted with 3 bunk beds + 2 pull out beds [accommodates (i) up to 6 children up to 12 years old or (ii) 2 adults as a twin/double or (iii) 2 adults and 4 children as a family room]. While Sangsuri 2 & 3 each has 1 dorm room, each fitted with 6 single beds or 2 single/a double bed [accommodates (i) up to 6 children up to 12 years old or (ii) 2 adults as a twin/double or (iii) 2 adults and 4 children as a family room].

• Pool: Sangsuri Villa 1 (Infinity pool: 4.7m x 21.65m x 1.7m; Jacuzzi: 2.3m x 4.3m x 95cm for 6 guests). Sangsuri Villa 2 (Infinity pool: 4m x 15.3m x 1.1m; Main pool: 5.7m x 15.7m x 1.8m and an oversized Jacuzzi: 3.8m x 7.4m x 1m Jacuzzi that fits 16 guests). Sangsuri Villa 3 (Infinity pool: 4.7m x 22.7m x 1.75m; Outdoor Jacuzzi: 4.5m x 5.1m x 75cm for 10 persons; Indoor Jacuzzi available in Master bedroom only).

• Dining: A delicious range of Thai cuisine from the villa’s suggestion menu, plus selected Western, Chinese, and grilled dishes, all prepared and served by the in-villa chef. Special dietary needs and children’s meals available on advance request.

• Kitchen Appliances: Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, BBQ, stove top, wine chiller.

• Entertainment: Outdoor cinema (poolside lounge and garden); Games room with table tennis; Netflix (Bedrooms 8, 9 & 11 only at Sangsuri Villa 1); TV; Sound system; Music/DVD Library; Satellite TV; Media room.

• Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

• Water Activities: 2 Kayaks and 1 Stand-up paddle board (shared within the Estate).

• Other Facilities: Access to the communal Estate gym (located at Sangsuri Villa 1); Large lawn for badminton and other games, Yoga studio; Back-up generator; Universal Adapter; Barbeque; CCTV.

Weddings & Events

• If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.
• Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
• Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
• The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 120 guests (combination of both seating and standing).
• Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
• Fireworks are not allowed at Sangsuri Estate due to safety reasons.
• Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.

• Rates include daily breakfast, welcome drink, welcome fruit basket, WiFi and services by villa team including villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, 2 gardeners, pool attendant, maintenance staff, night-time security and pool/Jacuzzi/pond cleaner.
• Complimentary welcome lunch or dinner (selected menu available on request) with 2 bottles of wine.

Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service

• Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
• Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

Airport Transfers Inclusion

• Rates for Sangsuri Estate includes includes 1 x round trip airport transfer.
• If you book 4 bedrooms and below, 1 van for each way, 7-10 persons per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply.
• If you book 5 bedrooms and above, 2 vans for each way, 7-10 persons per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply.
• Additional airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

• Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person inclusive of daily breakfast.
• Baby cot provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Advance booking is required. 
• Babysitting service may be arranged on an hourly, daily or weekly rate through Concierge. Booking in advance is required.
