Located on Samui’s northern coastline, this newly-refurbished two-storey haven guarantees easy access to the beautiful Bophut Bay. Take a refreshing dip in the sprawling private pool, savour delicious meals created by your personal chef and enjoy a delightful outdoor BBQ experience.

Start your day with a complimentary breakfast (served daily). Make yourself comfortable on the poolside sunbed or gather in the outdoor sala amidst breathtaking coastal views. Unwind with in-villa spa treatments (available at an additional cost) and indulge in some well-deserved pampering. Indoor amenities are plentiful, including Satellite TV, DVD Player, free WiFi and air-conditioning.

• Floors: Villa Mullion Cove occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, indoor living room, indoor and outdoor dining area, kitchen, and swimming pool.

  • Second Floor: Four bedrooms including master bedroom.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults.

• Living Areas: There is an indoor living room with two sets of sofas, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The indoor dining room is conveniently beside the modern kitchen and breakfast bar. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities and a seating area by the pool.

• Pool: Measuring 11.6m x 5.53m x 2m Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are four sunbeds with umbrellas and a lounge in a gazebo; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Thai, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, and stove top as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 8 persons and the outdoor dining area can seat up to 6 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a TV and Satellite TV. The villa also has a DVD player and outdoor sound system.

• Other facilities: The villa features a back-up generator, safety deposit boxes (except the 4th bedroom), hairdryers, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking garage is available.

• Surface total area: 750 sqm (land).

Weddings & Events

• If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.
• Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
• Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
• The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 20 guests (combination of seating and standing).
• Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
• Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
• Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
• Event guidelines and an accurate quotation are available on request.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by the villa team (Villa manager, housekeeper, and securities).
• Private Chef service is available upon request (extra charge). In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa.
• An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only one (1) additional bed can be arranged in the Master Bedroom for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

• Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability (extra charge may apply).
