• What. Located at fashionable Bophut, on Koh Samui’s prestigious northern shore, Dhevatara Residence enjoys an exclusive beachfront location with a spectacular sunrise view. This estate features a fine array of 8 individual villas with multi-living pavilions, contemporary master bedrooms, a stylish full kitchen/dining pavilions and stepped-pond over to a spacious living room directly next to the villas large pool and Sala adjoining the beach.

• Why. Pristine private beach, amazing views, and own private pools.

• The Dhevatara Residence has 8 villas, five on the beach (4-bedroom Baan Kularb, 4-bedroom Baan Feung Fah, 4-bedroom Baan Leelawadee, 4-bedroom Baan Benjamart, and 4-bedroom Baan Ban Buri) and three set into a hill behind (3-bedroom Baan Maliwan, 4-bedroom Baan Ratree, and 4-bedroom Baan Bua Sawan). The estate has a total of 31 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 62 guests.

• The villas are laid-out in several different designs to ensure guests have the choice to optimize their comfort and fulfilment with some on the hillside offering stunning sea views, and others directly along the estate’s beachfront.

• Fully-equipped kitchen with design fixtures and all bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with a personal safe. Living and Dining rooms are air conditioned and with full length folding doors.

• Secure gated community.

• Other facilities: Sea kayaks with 2 seats are available for estate use.

• For weddings and private parties, a surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests.

Weddings & Events

• If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party, which involves having exceeded the maximum number of guest allowed at each villa, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee with an extra USD 3,500 for security deposit and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event fee.
• Only 4 villas are allowed to hold weddings and events: Baan Kularb, Baan Feung Fah, Baan Ban Buri, and Baan Leelawadee.
• The estate can accommodate up to a maximum of 100 guests, including guests staying in the villas.
• Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
• Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
• Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
• Event guidelines and accurate quotation are available on request only.
• The above event fees are subject to change without prior notice. Other charges may apply on request basis.

• Rates include welcome drink, daily continental breakfast, gym, WiFi, services by villa team including villa manager, housekeeper, and chef, and 1x airport transfer.

Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service

• Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
• Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

Airport Transfers Inclusion

• Rates for Dhevatara Residence Estate includes 1 x round trip airport transfer: 1 van only for each way for each villa booked for 4 bedrooms and below; or 2 vans only for each way for each villa booked for 5 bedrooms and above (7-10 persons per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply).
• Additional airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

• Extra beds may be available at USD 50++ per night per person (includes breakfast).
• Baby cot provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Advance booking is required.
• Babysitting service may be available at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required.

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner.
• Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges.
