Veha, which means sky in Thai, is all about spectacular sunsets, sea views and sundowners. Perched on a hilltop near Bangrak Beach, this eight-bedroom villa overlooks the pier and the island’s iconic golden Big Buddha. Land in a tropical paradise and be at the villa from Koh Samui International Airport by taxi in 10 minutes; you’re also just a short drive to the beach and the toes-in-sand cafés and restaurants at Fisherman’s Village.

Step inside and be welcomed by modern interiors, a sleek infinity pool, Jacuzzi and spacious outdoor deck with ocean views. Admire the yachts cruising by, and spot the occasional plane take off or arrive at the airport.

This three-storey villa offers generous living and dining spaces made for lively events. The pool-facing open kitchen has a huge bar and dining area that can seat up to 24 partygoers. Its fully-equipped main kitchen can be staffed by an optional private chef, and has everything from a pizza oven to a wine chiller.

Villa Veha’s other fabulous facilities include a private cinema, gym and a games room with foosball, a pool table and a table tennis area. It also features a steam room, sauna and a massage room.

• Floors: Villa Veha occupies three floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, main dining area, an air-conditioned living room, fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar, gym facilities next to the steam room and sauna, and an infinity pool.
  • Second Floor: Entertainment room and eight bedrooms.
  • Basement: Garden and game room.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 16 adults.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor living area near the pool.

• Pool: Pool measures 15m x 4m, and Jacuzzi measures 1.5m x 1m x 1m, both chlorinated; Only Jacuzzi has a shallow end for kids; The pool is set to a normal temperature; There are twenty four lounge chairs, four pool umbrellas, and six sunbeds; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerators, coffee machines, mini bar, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave oven, pizza oven, freezer, stove, wine fridge, water dispenser and essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area features a rectangular dining table that can seat 14 guests, 12 seats at the kitchen counter, and an additional 7 seats at the minibar.

• Wellness: The villa features a dedicated area for gym facilities. Yoga mats and massage beds are provided, and additional yoga lessons can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. In-villa treatments are also available upon request (extra charge).

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa, along with a dedicated cinema room equipped with an 86-inch wide screen, sound system, Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming in the common area, and JBL Bluetooth speakers. There is also a game room with a pool table, table tennis, and a foosball table on the basement, along with a selection of board games, including chess, checkers, Jenga, and cornhole (bean bags).

• Other facilities: The villa has a fire extinguishers, first aid kit, and universal adapter, CCTV coverage. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2022, renovated in 2024.

• Surface total area: 1,260 sqm (villa); 3,200 sqm (land).

Weddings & Events

• Maximum number of guests: 30 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 30 guests (maximum standing capacity)

• If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a party where any pre-planning is required, the guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee for up to 30 guests.

• An additional fee of THB 2,000 has to be provided to the Villa Manager, payable by the event organiser for the indirect support given (please note that this is not considered as a tip).

• For smaller group events (under 25 people) using the villa’s own facilities and staff, a coordination fee of THB 10,000 is required.

• Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.

• Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.

• Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.

• Minimum 3 nights stay is required during intermediate and high seasons. Minimum 5 nights stay is required during peak season. Minimum 7 nights stay is required for the Christmas and New Year season.

• Guest is required to have an event organiser when an event fee is charged.

• Outdoor music curfew is until 12 midnight only. Parties may continue until 2am if held indoor in the breakfast room.

• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.

• Fireworks are only allowed for weddings, and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.

• Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Pool fences are available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional bed can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
