Secluded and surrounded by luscious tropical forest and rustling palms, Villa Neung offers exclusive and comfortable oceanfront living; it also looks out to breathtaking views of a neighbouring island. Situated on the golden sands of Laem Noi Beach, this indoor-outdoor villa is the perfect spot for relaxing or exploring the island and its wealth of cultural and culinary adventures, and watersports.

Laze on the comfy sofa or soak up the rays on the sun deck, recline on one of the eight sun-loungers around the salt-water infinity pool, or jump straight in for a refreshing swim. Admire the stunning sea views whilst savouring refreshing cocktails, and watching children play in the shallow kid-friendly pool area. Stroll along the soft, sandy, tranquil beach, and enjoy the sea breeze and the soft sand in your toes. Take the kayak out for a paddle along the coast, and sneak a peek at the stylish restaurants and amenities in the vicinity including the Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui and Nikki Beach Club.

The property is located in a small estate of five beachside villas, with parking for two cars immediately outside each villa. With a security guard at the entrance, 24-hour CCTV coverage, alarm systems and safety deposit boxes, the villa guarantees your total safety and offers utmost privacy. With its enviable location and the gamut of activities, this villa is indeed the perfect venue to switch off and unwind.

• Floors: Villa Neung occupies a single floor:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, indoor dining area, three bedrooms including master bedroom, kitchen, outdoor dining area and swimming pool.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 6 adults.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an open living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a seating area by the pool.

• Pool: Measuring 14m x 4m x 1.8m infinity pool; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are eight sunbeds and a pool umbrella; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Kuppersbusch coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 8. The outdoor dining area can seat 4.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a 75'' inches Samsung TV with Netflix and Disney Plus at the living room. Watersport equipment such as kayak is available for guest's use and swimming pool.

• Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa.
• Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.

• Pool fences are available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only one (1) additional bed can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
