About

The Short & Sweet

  • Who. Large families and group of friends!

  • What. A winter villa, a private ski lodge in the East, a home – the Glass House sings all those and more. This boxy-looking structure earns its name, being covered in glass all over, and supported by steel beams and timbered walls. As a stand-alone five-bedroom home in Niseko’s prime ski site, the Glass House boasts unrestricted views of the magnificent Mount Yotei, basking in modernity and designer-mode – paving way for it to be a state-of-the-art home. Aside from being spacious and sleek, its interior is styled with a Western touch as the lounge and dining room open up with a tinge of sophistication. The Japanese side is evident with the second-floor bathroom being made from Hinoki timber that is highly valued in Japan for its scent and texture. As plenty of earthy shades cosy up the place, powdery snow is on the outside, decorating its backyard. Not to mention, the slopes are not too far away for a daily spin. Cook that up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen! There’s also a kids-designated room with all the fun and games for the young ones as the rest may relax by that gorgeous fireplace after a long day out on the slopes! Feel at home while at the Glass House and be swept away in all the luxurious comfort that surround you.

  • Why. Hi-speed WiFi internet. Pillow, duvets, bathroom and washing amenities provided. Housekeeping pops by every two days. Quick dry room available for skis and boots. Surround sound audio.

What We Love

  • Japanese meets West. Of western design and Japanese culture, the combination of these two blend in harmony behind the modern façade at the Glass House – with timbre and hospitality of Japanese origin and conveniences and sleek lines from the West.

  • Ski fun. No trip to Niseko is complete without hitting the slopes! Embrace the convenience of the Glass House from which the slopes are easily accessible, courtesy of a designated shuttle by the villa.

  • Splurge. The village of Hirafu is simply vibrant and entertaining, with lists of restaurants, bars and little shops that will entice you into shopping, whether for calories or for clothes and such!

  • Host. With large rooms and vast spaces, the Glass House is ideal for a family gathering while on holiday, dinner parties of friends or just a wonderful night of entertainment, sitting in by the fireplace with views of Mount Yotei.
