Each bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, and has its own ensuite bathroom. In the mezzanine, a swing chair adds a fun factor, along with a Smart TV and a library of books and board games.

Head out to toe-in-the-sand cafés, restaurants and beach clubs nearby for tasty meals and seafood feasts. Or choose to stay in for the complete luxury villa experience — enjoy a floating breakfast by the pool or enlist a private chef to have all your meals tailored to your needs, for an extra fee. A well-equipped kitchen, indoor dining room and a clifftop dining area provide opportunities for memorable meals with ocean views.

• Floors: Casa Del Mar has two floors;

  • First Floor: Main entrance, indoor living room, indoor dining area, kitchen, outdoor dining area, swimming pool and three bedrooms including master bedroom.
  • Second Floor (Mezzanine): Kid's Room and Entertainment Room

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an enclosed air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a seating area by the pool.

• Pool: The pool measures 15m x 3.6m x 1.5m; No shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are four lounge chairs and two sunbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Refrigerator, french press coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, gas stove,oven, kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, pantry basics (oil, salt, pepper), pots & pans, coffee, tea pot, wine glasses.

• Dining Areas: The enclosed dining area can seat up to 8 guests as well as the outdoor dining area.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available and the spacious garden facing the ocean provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge. There is a spa area with massage beds to enjoy relaxing treatments.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and 43-inch Smart TV with Netflix, local and international channels, Bluetooth speakers, books and board games.

• Other Facilities: The villa has a first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6 AM until 6 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
