It’s conveniently located in between vibrant Canggu and lively Seminyak, while being a short motorcycle ride to Berawa.

Built to the highest specifications, the architecture of Umalas Creek is a fusion of Balinese elements and modern tropical design, which makes effective use of the natural beauty of local materials. The stylish and comfortable interiors showcase elegant decor, fine furnishings and a comprehensive range of European cooking appliances.

Comprising 11 elegant two-storey villas, the estate comprises a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom configurations. Its crown jewel is Majestic, the three-bedroom villa conveniently located at the top end of the walkway for optimal privacy. The one- and two-bedroom villas are arranged townhouse-style in two separate terraces, and linked by a central walkway.

The stone-paved walkway is lined with lush tropical shrubs, fragrant palms and flowering frangipani trees; it gently slopes down to the estate’s communal swimming pool. Adjacent to the estate’s main swimming pool is an ironwood deck furnished with sun loungers and an umbrella. A glass-fronted sauna stands at the other end of the deck, where a bubbling hot tub and an ice-cold plunge bath are also available on site.

• Pool: The main pool measures 19m x 4m x 1.2m, and each villa has its own individual small pool; Both are chlorinated pools and have no shallow end for kids; The main pool is heated, while the villa pools are at normal temperature; There are three lounge chairs and one pool umbrella at the main pool; Towels are provided at each villa pool.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, freezer, blender, toaster, stove, wine fridge, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Rates include Welcome drink, complimentary WiFi, daily housekeeping and services by villa team (Villa manager, butlers, attendants, service staff, maintenance, gardener, front desk, security).
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request at approximately USD 60 nett (excluding petrol) for eight hours a day.
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking class are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• Baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.

• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra beds are not available at this property. This property is designed to comfortably sleep 2-6 adults only. Additional guests are unfortunately not allowed.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
