Getting to the 500 sqm villa is part of the adventure, and a stair workout; a steep staircase winds its way down the cliff to the property, which may not be suitable for the elderly and guests with accessibility concerns. Once you arrive, you’re rewarded by sweeping ocean views in every direction and the sound of waves rolling in as your soothing soundtrack.

All the spaces boast high ceilings and Tiffany blue-hued windows drawing in natural light, blurring the line between indoors and out. Terrazzo and timber floors are paired with alang alang thatched roofs, adding to the modern rustic look. Colourful Mondrian-style cupboards add a touch of fun, while making the bedrooms look extra photogenic.

• Floors: The Rocks occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, open-living room, indoor dining area, kitchen and two bedrooms.
  • Second Floor: Yoga deck & four bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 12 adults.

• Living Areas: The main communal space features an open area living room conveniently located next to the dining area and open kitchen. An additional open seating area is available on the balcony.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerators, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, freezer, stove, water dispenser, bar equipment and essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The open dining area features a rectangular table that seats 12 guests and 5 additional seats at the kitchen counter.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request, and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at an additional charge. The villa is also located near a popular surfing point, ideal for guests looking to incorporate ocean-based wellness or recreation into their stay.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 March 2026 and 08 March 2027.
