Housing nine ensuite bedrooms across a pair of buildings on a 1,400 sqm site, Villa Ayana Manis provides both privacy and ample social spaces for a large family travelling together. The main pavilion comprises four bedrooms as well as the property’s main facilities, which include a gym and the air-conditioned indoor living and dining areas; five other bedrooms are located in a secondary building, two of which come with its own balcony. All bedrooms enjoy pool or garden views, come with its own ensuite bathroom and king-size bed.

• Floors: Villa Anaya Manis comprises two villas:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, main kitchen, BBQ area, enclosed living area, main dining area, garden, wine cellar, two bedrooms and an outdoor dining area, and a swimming pool.
  • Second Floor: Nine bedrooms (including the master bedroom) and gym facilities.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an enclosed living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area and kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining and seating area by the pool.

• Pool: Pool 1 measures 8.5m x 4.5m x 1.5m and Pool 2 measures 9m x 4m x 1.5m; Both pools have shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are four lounge chairs, two sunbrellas and two daybeds at the pool; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, freezer, juicer, microwave, oven, pots and pans, rice cooker, stove, toaster, utensils, water dispenser.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area is a rectangular dining table that can seat 14 guests. The outdoor dining area accommodates 10 guests, and the kitchen counter offers seating for 3.

• Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the gym. Yoga mats are available, and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge. There is a spa area with massage beds for guests to enjoy relaxing treatments.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and 43-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime streaming, local and international channels, Sonos Stanmore bluetooth speaker.

• Other Facilities: The villa has a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

Weddings & Events

• Maximum number of guests: 30 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 50 guests (maximum standing capacity).
• Minimum Nights: 3 Nights (Normal and Shoulder Seasons); 4 Nights (High Season). Peak Season events are subject to approval. Note: For Normal/Shoulder Season, 2 nights stay may be allowed if the stay is adjacent to an existing booking. Approved event organizer must be appointed.
• Event fees: USD 850++ and IDR 3,500,000 for local community banjar fee. Option to host pre/post events (small gatherings of up to 20 guests held before/after the main event) is available at USD 300++ and IDR 3,500,000 for local community banjar fee.
• Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
• Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. This amount of USD $1,000 will be used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
• Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
• No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
• Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
• Music curfew (sound system, DJ or live music for approval) is allowed until 11PM only. Only in-house speaker allowed for pre/post events.

The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6 AM until 6 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
