Comprising two buildings connected by a sky bridge, it’s designed to bring people together while offering a sense of privacy. Villa Tana Takah is also a short drive to the beaches and popular cafés and restaurants in Canggu and Pererenan.

The 400 sqm villa offers plenty of reasons to stay in with friends and family. Relax at the rooftop garden, play a game of table tennis, sip cocktails at the poolside bar or swim and soak in the 8m-long pool. A well-equipped kitchen offers the opportunity to cook a feast, next to the six-seater dining area.

Three ensuite bedrooms provide the perfect setting for slumber. Two bedrooms are located in the first block, each with an ensuite bathroom and king-size bed. The master bedroom enjoys extra privacy — it’s located in its own building and has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and its own living and dining area.

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, air conditioned living room, dining area, guest bedroom, kitchen, swimming pool and garden.
  • 2nd Floor: Two bedrooms including a study area and a rooftop terrace and garden.

• Living Areas: The open-plan living and dining areas are conveniently adjacent, creating a welcoming and spacious atmosphere. The living area features stylish, modern decor and is equipped with a 53-inch Smart TV that includes Netflix streaming.

• Pool: Measuring 8m x 3m x 1.35m; With shallow end; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are two lounge chairs and a pool umbrella; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge; All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and wine glasses.

• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 6 guests.

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily continental breakfast, complimentary WiFi, daily housekeeping, services by the villa team (Villa manager, housekeeper, gardener/maintenance and security).
• Private Chef service is available upon request (extra charge).
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request at approximately USD $60 nett (excluding petrol) for eight hours a day.

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• Complimentary baby high chair available. Baby cot can be requested at extra charge. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10 per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5 per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents. Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. Only one (1) additional bed can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
