The owners’ passion to preserve and celebrate Indonesia’s rich heritage is showcased through a series of restored Javanese structures and an extraordinary collection of antique furniture and ornately-carved decorative features. The Balinese theme is maintained throughout with a classic palette of natural stone, recycled timbers and graceful verandas crafted into a cohesive whole.

Its well-appointed amenities include a stunning 15m private pool and a waterfall feature, and an open-sided Wantilan-style pavilion with a kitchen, bar and lounge area under a soaring thatched roof and an al fresco dining area. Wellness amenities such as a spa and yoga pavilion ensure a relaxing and holistic stay.

The villa’s doors are open for private holidays as well as intimate events for up to 30 guests, catering to any occasion with warm Balinese hospitality by an exceptional team.

• Floors: Villa Kapungkur occupies two floors and includes five pavilions.

  • Ground Floor: Garden, spa area, fish pond, indoor living area, main kitchen five bedrooms (including the master bedroom), a yoga bale, an outdoor dining area, and a swimming pool.
  • 2nd Floor: Main dining area and an open living area.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an open living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining and seating area by the pool.

• Pool: The pool measures 15m x 4.6m x 1.5m; No shallow end; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are three lounge chairs; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, juicer, blender, freezer, ice maker, toaster, electric stove (on request), kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, pantry basics (oil, salt, pepper), pots & pans, coffee, tea pot, wine glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area features an alfresco setup with a rectangular dining table that can seat 10 guests. The outdoor dining area accommodates 5 guests, and the kitchen counter offers seating for 8.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available, and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge. There is a spa area with massage beds for guests to enjoy relaxing treatments.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and Smart TV featuring Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime, local and international channels, JBL bluetooth speakers, books and board games.

• Other Facilities: The villa has a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, CCTVs and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

Weddings & Events

• Maximum number of guests: 20 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 30 guests (maximum standing capacity).
• Minimum Nights: 3 Nights during Normal and Shoulder seasons (a shorter stay may be allowed if adjacent to an existing booking); 4 Nights during High seasons. Peak Season events are subject to approval.
• Event fees: USD 850++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) and IDR 3,000,000 for local community banjar fee. Option to host small gatherings of up to 20 guests held before/after the main event is available at USD 250++ and IDR 3,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
• Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
• Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
• Guests are required to have an event organiser when an event fee is charged.
• Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
• No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
• Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
• Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 12 AM (midnight).

• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6 AM until 6 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
