Villa Nedine

Located in the vibrant heart of Canggu, Villa Nedine beautifully melds contemporary style with environmental responsibility. It’s also a short walk to Echo Beach, a surfing hotspot. Its holistic design was highlighted by Honeycombers, and featured by SCMP as one of the best family-friendly villas in Bali.

This 1,512 sqm property offers glimpses of the ocean from the balconies and features an open-living concept with subtle Balinese touches. Rattan furnishings, colourful artworks and thoughtfully upcycled materials sourced from the island feature prominently in its interiors. Lush gardens envelop the three-storey villa, providing a natural buffer from the outside world.

Families will love the 12m-long pool and its child-friendly shallow end, which is bordered by a timber deck and furnished with sun loungers. The big lawn invites the kids to run around freely; the spacious outdoor area is also event-ready for up to 30 seated guests.

Three ensuite bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, enjoying proximity to the pool and an outdoor living area that’s perfect for relaxation. The master bedroom takes up the entire top floor, boasting its own balcony and a bathroom fitted with a monsoon shower and a bathtub for two.

On the second floor, you’ll find the open-plan living and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Enjoy movie nights at the living area, which features a 3m-long projector screen and oversized sofas made for lounging.

• Villa Nedine occupies three floors:

  • Ground Floor: 3 bedrooms, swimming pool, garden, outdoor living area, car park
  • 2nd Floor: Kitchen, living area, guest's restroom and balcony
  • 3rd Floor: Master bedroom and terrace

• Living Areas: Open or enclosed, air-conditioned living and dining room and kitchen; balcony with bale, rattan chairs and ceiling fans; open sitting area by the pool.

• Pool: Measuring 4.2m x 12m x 1.5m; No shallow end; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are two sunbeds and a pool umbrella; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, wine glasses, stove top, water dispenser.

• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 10.

Weddings & Events

• Maximum number of guests: 30 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 50 guests (maximum standing capacity).
• Minimum Nights: 3 Nights (Normal and Shoulder Seasons); 4 Nights (High Season). Peak Season events are subject to approval. Note: For Normal/Shoulder Season, 2 nights stay may be allowed if the stay is adjacent to an existing booking. Approved event organizer must be appointed.
• Event fees: USD $850++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) and IDR 3,000,000 for local community banjar fee. Option to host pre/post events (small gatherings of up to 20 guests held before/after the main event) is available at USD $300++ and IDR 3,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
• Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
• Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. This amount of USD $1,000 will be used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
• Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
• No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
• Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
• Music curfew (sound system, DJ or live music) is allowed until 11PM only. Only in-house speaker allowed for pre/post events.

• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6 AM until 6 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
