Villa Mary

Villa Mary is the largest in the Pantai Lima estate and has five air-conditioned double bedrooms with king, queen and prince beds. Each has a bathroom with bath and shower.

Two bedrooms are upstairs from the main house with stunning views of the ocean or rice fields while one bedroom is on the ground floor with a direct view of the pool.

Two bedrooms on the ground floor are more private as they are separate independent buildings about ten meters from the structure of the main house.

Nestled on the edge of where Villa Mary’s beautiful green lawn ends and the majestic beach and ocean begins is the lovely massage pavilion.

Villa Mary shares a tennis court within the estate with an all weather surface and night lighting for all guests to enjoy. A selection of fitness equipment is also available should you want something more strenuous than long beach walks to keep in shape.

Home Cinema that fit up to 20 persons comfortably has a High Definition movie projector.

• Floors: Villa Mary features three pavilions spread across two levels with five bedrooms. If more rooms are needed, guests can book 5 rooms in Villa Ambra; 5 rooms in Villa Melissa; 6 rooms in Villa Waringin.

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, semi-open indoor living area, fully equipped kitchen, enclosed and airconditioned dining area, three bedrooms, cinema room, swimming pool and garden.
  • Second Floor: Two ensuite bedrooms.

• Living Areas: Indoor open-plan living area with Bose sound system. Outdoor lounge area poolside with lots of seating area.

• Pool: Measuring 15m x 10m x 2m and the kid's pool measures 4.25m x 3.63m x 0.6m ; No shallow end on the main pool; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are eight lounge chairs and four pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, coffeemaker, Nespresso Machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, stove, water dispenser, kitchenware, dinnerware, BBQ, deep fryer and juicer.

• Dining Areas: Air-conditioned indoor dining area with rectangle dining table that can seat 12 persons and kitchen bar with 2 bar stools.

• Wellness: Shared facilities at Pantai Lima Estate include a tennis court with night-lighting (4 tennis rackets are available to be shared among the 5 villas and each villa has its own tennis balls tube). Massage, spa services and yoga sessions available upon request (extra charge).

• Entertainment: Home Cinema that fit up to 20 persons comfortably has a High Definition movie projector with HDMI input, Flat-screen Satellite Television with local and international channels in all bedrooms (USB-input only available in Bedroom 3 & 5), Bose Sound System, Books and Magazines.

• Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking space available for two cars.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2008.

• Surface total area: 3,270 sqm total area.

Weddings & Events

• Maximum number of guests: Small Events: 60 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity). Large Events: 80 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity), at least 3 Villas at Pantai Lima Estate must be booked (including Villa Mary).
• Minimum Nights: 3 Nights (Normal and Shoulder Seasons); 4 Nights (High Season). Peak Season events are subject to approval. Note: For Normal/Shoulder Season, 2 nights stay may be allowed if the stay is adjacent to an existing booking. Approved event organizer must be appointed.
• Event fees: USD 2,500++ (for small events of up to 100 standing guests) and IDR 6,000,000 for local community banjar fee; USD 2,500++ (for large events of up to 100 standing guests) and IDR 6,000,000 for local community banjar fee (at least 3 villas at Pantai Lima Estate must be booked, including Villa Mary). Option to host pre/post events (small gatherings of up to 30 guests held before/after the main event) is available at USD 300++ and IDR 2,500,000 for local community banjar fee.
• Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
• A Security deposit of USD 2,000 (small and large events) is required upon arrival. This is used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
• Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
• No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
• Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
• Music curfew (sound system, DJ or live music) is allowed until 11 pm only. A maximum of 2,000 watt (small events) or 5,000 watt (large events). Only in-house speaker allowed for pre/post events.
• Villa Mary is one of the five luxury villas of Pantai Lima Estate that can host large events and accommodates up to 80 guests, with the capacity of 54 guests staying together in all the villas. Further information can be provided upon request.

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily continental breakfast, complimentary WiFi, shared tennis court, service by villa team (Villa Manager, Chef, butlers, gardener and security), Car hire (one 5-seater car for 8 consecutive hours a day excluding petrol).
• Private Chef service is available (excluding grocery cost + 15% handling fee).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available at upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking class are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• Complimentary one baby cot and baby high chair available. (additional units can be rented out with extra charge). Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10 per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5 per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents. Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Smoking & Pet Policy

• Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only.
• While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on this particular property.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
