A harmonious escape that rejuvenates both body and soul, Villa Kavya is aptly named after the Sanskrit word for “poetry”. Designed by Indonesian architect Sekar, the 1,450 sqm property is a masterful ode to modern Balinese style, featuring shingle roofs, teak wooden flooring, concrete walls and cream-coloured granite.

Roll out the yoga mats and get into the flow on the spacious lawn. Then take a swim in the 17m-long lap pool, swing on the hammock at the gazebo, and splash around with the kids at the secondary children’s pool. Lounge on the oversized sofa in the open-plan living room, or head to the air-conditioned media room for film marathons.

Ready for slumber? The four ensuite bedrooms are utterly cosy, some of which feature indoor-outdoor bathrooms surrounded by greenery. The pool-facing master suite takes up the entire second floor, and has its own balcony and rooftop garden.

The location provides a perfect balance between tranquillity and accessibility. A short 10-minute walk leads to Berawa Beach, a popular spot among surfers and beach goers who appreciate its panoramic views. Plus, it’s within walking distance to Canggu’s most stylish beach clubs and restaurants.

• Floors: Villa Kavya occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, open living and dining area, three guest bedrooms, media room, kitchen, swimming pool and expansive manicured lawn and garden.
  • Second Floor: Master's bedroom with a terrace and rooftop garden.

• Living Areas: The dining and kitchen areas are thoughtfully positioned adjacent to one another, creating a seamless and inviting space that enhances the flow of daily living. The open-plan design extends into the living area, where relaxation is effortlessly achieved while enjoying views of the pool and lush garden.

• Pool: Measuring 17m x 5m x 1.5m lap pool and the kids' pool measures 6m x 4m x 0.5m ; No shallow end on the main pool; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are four lounge chairs and four floaties; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, electric kettle, wine glasses, kitchenware, dinnerware, and water dispenser.

• Dining Areas: The dining area can seat 8 guests.

• Wellness: The garden area has a yoga deck/bale perfect for yoga sessions. Yoga mats can be provided on request. Massage, spa services and yoga sessions may be arranged at extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated media room equipped with a 53-inch Flat-screen Smart Television with local and international channels, DVD player, and BOSE sound system.

• Other facilities: For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a CCTV at the front gate of the villa, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, back up generator; safety deposit box, universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request. Iron and ironing board available upon request.

Weddings & Events

• Maximum number of guests: 50 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity).
• Minimum Nights: 3 Nights (Normal and Shoulder Seasons); 4 Nights (High Season). Peak Season events are subject to approval. Note: For Normal/Shoulder Season, 2 nights stay may be allowed if the stay is adjacent to an existing booking.
• Event fees: USD 1,000++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) and IDR 2,500,000 local community banjar fee. Option to host small gatherings of up to 30 guests held before/after the main event is available at USD 500++ and IDR 2,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
• Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
• Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. This amount of USD 1,000 will be used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
• Guest are required to have an event organiser when an event fee is charged.
• Guest must prearrange their own transport as there may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
• Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 10 pm only.
• No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
• Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily continental breakfast, complimentary WiFi, daily housekeeping, and services by villa team (Villa manager, housekeeper, gardener and security).
• Private Chef service is on-request at extra charge.
• Airport transfers may be arranged at extra charge.
• Car and driver rental service on request from approximately USD 60 nett (excluding petrol) for 8 hours a day.
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• Baby cot is charged at USD $10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD $5 per unit per day. Pool fences and toys available on request at extra charge.
• Babysitting service available upon request at extra charge.
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. Three additional beds are available.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

• Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability (extra charge may apply).

Smoking & Pet Policy

• Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only.
• While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on this particular property.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
