Built into the contours of the land, this ocean-facing villa comprises two buildings linked by a single-storey wantilan-style pavilion. Lounge in the spacious living room, dine outdoors with an ocean view and swim a few laps in the 20m-long pool. Then pick a book from the well-stocked library to get back into reading, amidst the villa’s stunning surroundings.

Located within the Pantai Lima Estate, guests will get to enjoy shared facilities such as a tennis court, as well as private amenities in the property. The villa’s unique location provides guests with panoramic views of the ocean from every bedroom, while the charming riverside view adds another serene touch. The beachfront location also allows for all suites to feature private verandas overlooking the ocean, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and contemplation.

Villa Ambra is fully staffed with a dedicated villa manager, attentive butlers, and skilled assistants, along with a private chef, a car and a driver included in the room rate to enhance the convenience and comfort of your stay.

• Floors: Villa Ambra occupies three levels:

  • Ground floor: Main entrance, open indoor and outdoor living areas, enclosed indoor dining area, two bedrooms, kitchen, pool and outdoor dining area near the garden.
  • Second floor: Three bedrooms and spa room with an open terrace and day beds.
  • Basement: Office/study room, cinema and fitness area.

• Living Areas: The villa has an open, indoor living area with the beautiful view of the ocean. The enclosed air-conditioned dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area. There’s also an outdoor seating area near the pool and the manicured lawn. Lots of seating areas near the pool overlooking the ocean.

• Pool: Measuring 20m x 5m x 2m for the main infinity pool and kids' pool measures 35m x 50m x 0.6m; No shallow end; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are ten lounge chairs and seven pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, freezer, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, food processor, ice cream maker, sandwich maker, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, teppanyaki griller, BBQ, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and wine glasses.

• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 10 as well as the outdoor dining area.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available on request at extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout; Flatscreen Televisions with satellite TV programming local and international channels in each bedroom; Harman Kardon sound system; Table Tennis, Backgammon, library is well-stocked with books, games, and jigsaw puzzles.
Shared facilities at Pantai Lima Estate include a tennis court with night-lighting (4 tennis rackets are available to be shared among the 5 villas and each villa has its own tennis balls tube).

• Other facilities: For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a safety deposit box and hairdryers available inside each room, Back-up generator, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Blankets and Universal Adapter; Daily turndown service; Wake up service available on request; Iron and Ironing Board available on request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking space available within the estate.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2008.

• Surface total area: 2,200 sqm total area. 1.6 hectares, or 4 acres within the Pantai Lima Estate.

Weddings & Events

• Maximum number of guests: 35 seated or 40 standing.
• Minimum Nights: 4 Nights (Normal, Shoulder and High Season). Peak Season events are subject to approval. Approved event organizer must be appointed.
• Event fees: USD 1,500++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) for small events with a maximum of 40 guests or USD 2,500++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) for large events with 41 to 100 guests along with IDR 6,000,000 for local community banjar fee. Option to host pre/post events (small gatherings of up to 30 guests held before/after the main event) is available at USD 300++ and IDR 2,500,000 for local community banjar fee.
• Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
• A security deposit of USD 1,500 (small events) or USD 2,000 (large events) is required upon arrival. This is used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
• Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
• No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
• Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
• Music curfew (sound system, DJ or live music) is allowed until 11 pm only. A maximum of 2000 watt (small events) or 5000 watt (large events). Only in-house speaker allowed for pre/post events.
• Villa Ambra is one of the five luxury villas of Pantai Lima Estate that can host large events and accommodates up to 80 guests, with the capacity of 54 guests staying together in all the villas. Further information can be provided upon request.

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• Baby cot is charged at USD $10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD $5 per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available upon request at extra charge.
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra beds are available at USD 45 per person per night.
• This property can accommodate two additional guests at extra charge.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Smoking & Pet Policy

• Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
