• What. Pantai Lima Estate comprises three standalone luxury villas that extend to over 1.6 hectares or 4 acres, which is the size of 2 football fields! Villa Ambra and Villa Melissa, are right on the water’s edge, while Villa Mary is set back against the rice fields with great views of the ocean and river at its side. All villas are just a minute walk to the beach via a short boardwalk. Pantai Lima Estate is headed by a villa manager and each villa has its own dedicated staffs to ensure a hassle-free holiday, including its own team of chefs and butlers. Shared facilities at Pantai Lima Estate include a tennis court with night-lighting.

• Pantai Lima Estate is about 40 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

• Villa Ambra is a 5-bedroom villa right on the beach at Pererenan, on Bali’s west coast near Canggu. It's the only villa within the Pantai Lima Estate that opens on two sides: beachfront and riverfront. The villa combines one of the island’s most sought-after locations with casual luxury, total privacy, and complete serenity. It even has its well-stocked library with iMac and printer. All five suites have ensuite bathrooms and adjoining verandas boasting stunning beach views and ocean. Each suite is unique in style and design. Facilities include a main infinity pool, a smaller pool for children, Jacuzzi for up to 8 adults, private cinema and library which is well stocked with books, games and jigsaw puzzles, and use of two 7-seater cars with driver (excluding petrol) for 8 hours per day. Villa Ambra is pet friendly and home to four gentle and well-behaved Bali dogs.

• Villa Mary is a 5-bedroom villa with two pools, an adult pool and a shallow pool for toddlers and infants. Guests can also enjoy the large 20 guests capacity home cinema with a High Definition movie projection system and a heated Jacuzzi near the beachfront.

• Villa Melissa is a 5-bedroom villa. Three of its 5 luxurious ensuite bedrooms overlook the ocean, a view that also greats you at the end of the long walkway entrance of the house as the scent of incense wafts in the air from the house temple. Decorated in a blend of contemporary and antique Balinese furniture, it has a modern yet comfortable ambiance spread out over 2 capacious levels that make you feel like you’re at home. The villa has a 135 sqm T-shaped pool with a separate pool for children, an open living area, and a fully-staffed kitchen.

Weddings & Events

• Maximum number of guests: Small Events: 30-50 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 40-60 guests (maximum standing capacity). Large Events: 80 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity). Depending on the chosen Villa’s capacity.
• Minimum Nights: 3 Nights (Normal and Shoulder Seasons); 4 Nights (High Season). Peak Season events are subject to approval. Note: For Normal/Shoulder Season, a 2 nights stay may be allowed if the stay is adjacent to an existing booking. Villa Ambra requires 4 nights stay for all seasons, except Peak (subject to approval).
• Event fees of Small Events is USD 1,500++ and IDR 6,000,000 for local community banjar fee with minimum of 1 villa booked; for Large Events is USD 2,500++ and IDR 6,000,000 for local community banjar fee with minimum of 3 villas booked. Option to host pre/post events (small gatherings of up to 30 guests held before/after the main event) is available at USD 300++ and IDR 2,500,000 for local community banjar fee.
• Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
• A security deposit of USD 1,500 (Small events) or USD 2,000 (Large events) is required upon arrival. This is used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
• An approved event organiser must be appointed in order to apply for an event at Pantai Lima Estate. The Event Organiser will be be responsible for the event and be the main point of contact.
• Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
• No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
• Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
• Music curfew (sound system, DJ or live music) is allowed until 12 midnight only. A maximum of 2000 watt (Small events) or 5000 watt (Large events). Only in-house speaker allowed for pre/post events.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.

• Rates include welcome drink upon arrival, unlimited WiFi, full housekeeping service, 24 hours butler & concierge service, and access to tennis court. Two 7-seater cars with drivers (8 consecutive hours a day, excluding petrol), available for Villa Ambra ONLY.
• Beverage & Grocery Shopping Service (at grocery cost + 15% handling fee).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available at upon request (extra charge).
• Fast Track at Airport is available at USD 45 nett per person. 
• Spa services and Yoga sessions available upon request (extra charge).
• Art and cultural activities, cooking lessons, wine pre-order or spa treatments are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• Complimentary one baby cot and baby high chair available.
• Additional baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra cost.
• Pool fences and toys available on request at extra cost.
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD 45 nett per bed per night. Maximum of 2 extra beds in each villa.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancies of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: After 2 pm
• Check-out time: Strictly at 12 noon
• Late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability upon request and depending on occupancy. Surcharges will apply.

Compulsory Refundable Security Deposit

• A security deposit of USD500 for each villa may be payable on arrival to cover the cost of any damage or breakages, and other services.
• The security deposit will be returned at the time of departure, less any such costs.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6 AM until 6 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
