• Capacity: Each unit can accommodate 6 adults.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area located next to the open kitchen.

• Dining: Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge; All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast upon request) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

• Pool: Measuring 4m x 2.4m x 1.4m Chlorinated Pool; The pool is set to normal temperature; Pool towels are provided.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave oven, stove, water dispenser, bar equipment and essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main outdoor dining area features a rectangular table that seats 6 guests, and 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter.

• Wellness: Yoga lessons can be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available on request at extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and smart TV with Netflix streaming and Marshall bluetooth speakers.

Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026 and 08 Mar 2027.
