• Floors: The Estate consists two villas Mandala Oasis & Mandala Residences:

  • Mandala Oasis: Has two floors, with the ground floor featuring the main entrance, an air-conditioned living room, indoor and outdoor dining and living areas, a kitchen, gym facilities, and a swimming pool, while the second floor houses five bedrooms, including the master bedroom.
  • Mandala Residences: Has two floors, with the ground floor featuring the main entrance, an air-conditioned living room, indoor and outdoor dining and living areas, a kitchen, gym facilities, and a swimming pool, while the second floor features three bedrooms, including the master bedroom.

• Capacity: The entire estate can accommodate 16 adults.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area conveniently located next to the dining area with and open kitchen. There is also an open seating area on the second floor and BBQ facilities.

• Dining: Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge; All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast upon request) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

• Pool: Mandala Oasis has 26m x 2.5m x 1.4m and Mandala Residences has 4m x 2.4m x 1.4m both Chlorinated Pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools is set to normal temperature; There are total of three sunbeds; Pool towels are provided.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerators, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave oven, freezer, stove, wine fridge, water dispenser, bar equipment and essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses.

• Dining Areas: Both villas feature main indoor and outdoor dining areas—Mandala Oasis seats 10 guests and Mandala Residences seats 6 guests. Each villa also includes 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available on request at extra charge. A sauna and ice bath are also available for guests seeking a rejuvenating wellness experience.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and projector screen with Netflix streaming and bluetooth speakers.

• Parking: Mandala Oasis offers parking space for 2 cars, while Mandala Residences accommodates 1 car. Both villas also have space for multiple motorbikes.

• Rates include welcome drink, daily continental breakfast for Mandala Oasis only, complimentary WiFi, and villa team services. For Mandala Oasis, this includes a villa manager, housekeepers, maintenance/gardener, and security staff; for Mandala Residences, a villa manager and housekeepers are provided.
• Private chef service is on request (extra charge).
• Additional airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available only for Mandala Oasis at USD $45 per person per night. Only one (1) additional bed can be arranged for this villa.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

• Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability (extra charge may apply).

Smoking & Pet Policy

• Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only.
• While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on this particular property.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 March 2026 and 08 March 2027.
