Designed to embrace every element of nature that surrounds it, the property’s open-air living concept allows guests to experience tropical living at its best across a 2,850 sqm site. Wake up to the sound of crashing waves, or let its soothing lullaby send you to sleep. The master bedroom is located in the main villa alongside the living, dining and kitchen areas. It is equipped with a king-size bed, dedicated workspace and patio facing the 17m-long river-stone pool.

The guest villa is a stone’s throw away, designed in the style of a traditional Indonesian house. This ensuite room faces serene sights of the garden and beach, and comes with a queen-size bed, dedicated work space, and a private outdoor porch. Wooden joinery, soft furnishings, bohemian details and pops of colour contribute to the homely ambience.

• Floors: The villa has one level with two structures – the Main Villa and the Guest Pavillion:

  • Main Villa: Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sofa with coffee table, patio with outdoor dining and living area.
  • Guest Pavillion: Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, outdoor living area.

• Living Areas: The main communal space is an outdoor living and dining area where you feel the breeze from the ocean.

• Pool: The pool measures 17m x 5m x 1.5m; No shallow end; The pool is ambient temperature; There are two lounge chairs; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge; All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Refrigerator, French press coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, gas stove, kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, pantry basics (oil, salt, pepper), pots & pans, coffee, tea pot, wine glasses.

• Dining Areas: The outdoor dining area can seat up to 8 guests.

• Wellness: Spa treatments, massage services and yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).

Weddings & Events

• Maximum number of guests: 50 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 75 guests (maximum standing capacity).
• Minimum Nights: 3 Nights (Normal and Shoulder Seasons); 4 Nights (High Season). Peak Season events are subject to approval. Note: For Normal/Shoulder Season, 2 nights stay may be allowed if the stay is adjacent to an existing booking. Approved event organizer must be appointed.
• Event fees: USD 850++ and IDR 4,500,000 local community banjar fee. Option to host pre/post events (small gatherings of up to 20 guests held before/after the main event) is available.
• Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
• A Security deposit of USD 1,000 is required upon arrival. This is used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
• Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
• No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
• Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
• Music curfew (sound system, DJ or live music) is allowed until 11PM only. Only in-house speaker allowed for pre/post events.

The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.

Nyepi Religious Day

• Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6 AM until 6 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
