As one of the five affordable luxury villas of Headland Villas located on Koh Samui’s Western coast, this villa offers the widest frontage of the entire The Headland Villas, the better to take advantage of the stunning sea views its headland location affords. From its striking entrance to its unfolding 180 degree views of the turquoise ocean dotted by the famous Five Islands and Ang Thong National Marine Park, you can be sure that you are surrounded by nothing but the best. Intimate yet impressive in equal measure, this villa sleeps up to eight guests, in two en-suite bedrooms and has the option to convert the space on mezzanine level to a third en-suite bedroom. All rooms are minimalist in design but earthy, comfortable and neutral in feel. Comprising two beautifully appointed pavilions, the first of which houses two interconnected bedrooms perfect for families. The master bedroom boasts a King bed, and comes with a walk-in shower area in its ensuite bathroom, whilst the adjacent seconds bedroom offers two twin beds, with an additional built-in upper bunk, allowing the room to accommodate up to four guests. The second pavilion boasts a large open plan living and dining area complete with a fully equipped kitchen and foldaway glass doors that epitomise the tropical indoor/outdoor philosophy. Upstairs on the mezzanine level is the tv den, which can easily be converted into a third double bedroom thanks to two single beds, and privacy curtains, and comes with a fully equipped ensuite shower room. As for the outdoor spaces, guests can expect an infinity pool which is perfect for taking in the gorgeous scenery, a shallow paddle part for the kids, and even an outdoor movie option thanks to a big drop-down screen and movie system in the lounge. What else could you ask for?

• Floors: The Headland Villa 3 occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms with private balcony, outdoor living area, and swimming pool.

  • Second Floor: One bedroom, sun deck, and atrium space.

  • Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 4 adults.

• Living Areas: There is an open-plan indoor living/dining/kitchen area with L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The outdoor/pool side living area have sofas, sunbeds, and BBQ facilities.

• Pool: Measuring 11.6m x 2.6m x 1.8m Infinity pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are three sunbeds with umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, stove top, and dishwasher as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The dining area can seat up to 8 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge and a nearby gym is available at extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV. There is also a Bose sound system and DVD player. Guests staying at The Headland Villa 1 can enjoy access to The InterContinental facilities at a discounted price.

• Other facilities: The villa features safety deposit box, hairdryers, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request. Restaurants nearby the area provide free shuttle (Airbar, Island View Restaurant, Virgin Coast and others); Connecting pathway to The View, villa guests are able to use The View’s facilities for THB 3,000 nett/day if have family/guests staying in The View.

• Parking: Sufficient shared parking space is available.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2007.

Weddings & Events

• If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.
• Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
• Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
• The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests (maximum seating capacity).
• Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
• Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
• Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
• Event guidelines and an accurate quotation are available on request.

• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
