Ideal for honeymooners and families or friends with children, the villa is made up of two pavilions which comprise four ensuite bedrooms dressed in signature neutral furnishings, a large open plan living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. If you’re wanting space to relax, there are plenty of lounge areas to laze in - whether it’s a circular sofa on the upper terrace or enjoying a traditional Thai massage on the lower deck beside the 7.3m long pool, taking a nap in the sun at the lower lounge level, feasting on an outdoor barbecue, or basking under the shade of a magnificent Banyan tree. Our favourite feature? The folding glass doors of both pavilions, which offers guests the soothing effect of the cool sea breeze and open indoor/outdoor tropical vibe, making it the perfect holiday getaway.

• Floors: The Headland Villa 2 occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, pergola, two bedrooms with private balcony, outdoor living area, and swimming pool.

  • Second Floor: One bedroom, sun deck, and atrium space.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 4 adults.

• Living Areas: There is an open-plan indoor living/dining/kitchen area with L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The outdoor/pool side living area have sofas, sunbeds, and BBQ facilities.

• Pool: Measuring 7.3m x 2.5m x 1.8m Infinity pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are two sunbeds; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, stove top, and dishwasher as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The dining area can seat up to 8 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge and a nearby gym is available at extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV. There is also a sound system. Guests staying at The Headland Villa 1 can enjoy access to The InterContinental facilities at a discounted price.

• Other facilities: The villa features a safety deposit box, hairdryers, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request. Restaurants nearby the area provide free shuttle (Airbar, Island View Restaurant, Virgin Coast and others); Connecting pathway to The View, villa guests are able to use The View’s facilities for THB 3,000 nett/day if have family/guests staying in The View.

Rate Inclusions

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary two baby cots and two high chairs are available at the villa upon request. Other baby items for hire are also available upon request, such as safety fence/pen can be placed at pool for families with toddlers.
• Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only one (1) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
• Laundry/Dry Cleaning services are available on request at an extra charge.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
