Villa Haineu transports you into your own luxurious tropical paradise. Evoking the splendour of the ancient Ayutthaya palaces, this 5-bedroom, beachfront getaway welcomes you with contemporary designs and luxury. Part of the exclusive Dhevatara Cove Estate, it’s spread over many pavilions and comfortably accommodates 10 people.

Walking through its elevated entrance, you come across a calming water feature and a breezy, high-ceiling dining room. With a seating capacity of 12, you’re assured quality time with your loved ones. The social heart of the villa, though, is its 19-metre swimming pool, which overlooks a gorgeous white-sand beach. The pool’s waterfall feature is a lovely touch, while the built-in jacuzzi is perfect for quality relaxation. Make yourself comfortable on one of the 11 poolside sunbeds or the daybed and enjoy a favourite read.

The main living pavilion benefits from a poolside view. Guaranteeing comfort, it comprises a decor of natural materials, high-vaulted ceilings and large glass doors for maximum daylight. It’s fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans. Settle down on the oversized sofas and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV, with a BOSE sound system. Stay in touch with your life back home by connecting to the free Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully-furnished, with a glossy countertop. It includes a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, rice cooker, BBQ, stove top and an oven. Grab the bar stools and enjoy a round of cocktails with friends. Head to the outdoor beach sala and treat yourself to a dinner with panoramic views of sky and sea.

All 5 bedrooms are beautifully-designed with wooden furnishings and pieces of art. You’re offered views of the manicured lawns, the pool or the ocean. Each bedroom is kitted with a Smart TV and walk-in wardrobe. All, but one has king-size beds. The only exception is a ground floor bedroom, which has twin beds that can be converted into king-size. If you’re staying in either of the two first floor bedrooms, you have the added luxury of a private balcony.

Besides the 2 communal washrooms, all bathrooms are ensuite. They come with a freestanding bathtub, shower room and twin sink. Some even have an inner garden with outdoor showers for that true tropical living experience. Other facilities include access to the communal gym, shared sauna, and 24-hour CCTV coverage.

• Floors: Villa Hanieu occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, indoor dining area, one bedroom, kitchen, outdoor dining area, swimming pool, staff quarters, and car park.

  • Second Floor: Three bedrooms including master bedroom.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 10 adults.

• Living Areas: There is a main indoor living area with oversized sofas, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The Alfresco dining area is conveniently located beside the kitchen and counter top. There’s also an outdoor dining and beach sala with BBQ facilities and a seating areal.

• Pool: Measuring 19m x 5.5m x 1.84m Pool with built-in Jacuzzi; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are eleven sunbeds with umbrellas and one daybed; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, and stove top as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area can seat up to 12 persons. The outdoor dining area can seat up to 8 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge. Sauna and gym/fitness facilities are shared within the estate.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV. There is also a BOSE sound system and outdoor speakers. Watersport equipment such as kayak is available for guest's use and swimming pool.

• Other facilities: The villa features a universal adapter, back-up generator, safety deposit box, hairdryers, and CCTV. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking garage is available.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2006.

• Surface total area: 1,700 sqm (land).

Weddings & Events

• If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.
• Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
• Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
• The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 40 (combination of seating and standing, including villa guests).
• Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
• Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
• Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily continental breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, and securities).
• Private Chef service included. In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa.
• Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only one (1) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
