Boasting top-notch facilities, you’re never short on exciting outdoor and indoor activities. The focal point is undoubtedly the 18-metre pool with waterfalls. Take a dip at any time of the day, while savouring the privacy offered by the villa. Curl up with your favourite book on a sun lounger under the shade of parasols. Little guests have their own shallow zone, much to the relief of parents.

Start your day with a workout in the highly-modern, shared gym, followed by a soak in the outdoor jacuzzi. Pamper yourself in the relaxing sauna or unwind with a wide range of in-villa spa treatments (Available at an extra cost). Enjoy sumptuous meals prepared by a private chef in an alfresco setting, with direct access to the beach.

Combining traditional Ayutthaya architecture with modern comforts, the living area is bright, roomy and beautifully-appointed. Large French doors and a high-vaulted ceiling add to the overall feeling of space. Savour gorgeous views of manicured lawns and the pool from the Cathedral windows, which allow an abundance of natural light. Make yourself comfortable before the Smart TV and catch up on your favourite shows.

Spend leisurely hours with the family with a round of Mahjong and board games. Other amenities include BOSE sound system and outdoor speakers. If you’re working remotely, the villa provides complimentary Wi-Fi.

The fully-furnished kitchen includes an oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, BBQ and stove top. Gather around the indoor 12-seater dining table or the outdoor 10-seater dining table for intimate family meals.

All five bedrooms are immaculately designed, with ensuite bathrooms. Five of them are provided with rain showers, while three have additional bathtubs overlooking scenic landscapes. The master bedroom is located on the first level and features a four-poster king-size bed. Take in gorgeous sunset views from your very own balcony. Other amenities include a Smart TV, walk-in wardrobe and safety deposit box. Also on the first level, the second bedroom is equipped with all the same features, but with twin beds which can be turned into a king-sized bed. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two of these have king-size beds, while the other has twin beds, which can be converted to king-size.

• Floors: Baan Samlarn occupies three floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, entry sala, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, beach sala, swimming pool, staff quarters, and car park.

  • Second Floor: Two bedrooms including master bedroom.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 10 adults.

• Living Areas: There is an indoor Ayutthaya-style living area with air conditioning and ceiling fan. The dining area is conveniently across the modern kitchen with counter top. There’s also an Alfresco dining with BBQ facilities and direct access to the beach.

• Pool: Measuring 18.6m x 5.3m x 1.8m Pool with built-in Jacuzzi; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are twelve sunbeds (6 single sunbeds & 3 double sunbeds) with umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, and stove top as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 12 persons. The outdoor dining area can seat up to 10 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge. Sauna and gym/fitness facilities are shared within the estate.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV. There is also a BOSE sound system and outdoor speakers. Watersport equipment such as kayak is available for guest's use and swimming pool.

• Other facilities: The villa features a universal adapter, back-up generator, and CCTV. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking garage is available.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2007; Refurbished in 2017.

• Surface total area: 2,100 sqm (land).

Weddings & Events

• If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.
• Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
• Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
• The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 40 (combination of seating and standing, including villa guests).
• Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
• Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
• Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
• Event guidelines and an accurate quotation are available on request.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, and securities).
• Private Chef service included. In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary one baby cot and two high chairs are available at the villa.
• Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
