Baan Ratree is a luxurious hillside villa for globetrotting groups Ratree means jasmine flower in the Thai language, and this delightful villa is every bit as delightful as its namesake. Covering three levels, the four-bedroom Baan Ratree is a contemporary-styled open-plan villa finished and decorated in neutral tones, high quality furnishings, beautiful Thai artefacts, colourful artwork, and natural materials.

Its focal point is undoubtedly the large indoor-outdoor living and dining areas which incorporate the sun deck, the 12-metre, sparkling blue infinity pool and the sweeping ocean views. Acknowledging Thai culture with a gilded Buddha statue, the living room is furnished with deeply cushioned sofas and beanbags arranged around a coffee table, facing a Smart TV. Positioned to one side is a teak dining table for eight.

The dining area extends into a western kitchen with wooden units, black surfaces and chrome appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, and stove top (electric & gas). It also has a central island, which doubles as a breakfast bar. From the living area, floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open to the pool deck for an authentic tropical living experience, inviting the outdoors inside along with the spectacular views of the sea and the nearby islands. Alternatively, the doors can be closed for air-conditioned comfort. Each of the villa's four air-conditioned bedrooms is a dream in white, complemented by teakwood furnishings and colourful artwork and cushions. There are three double bedrooms with king-size beds and one twin bedroom, each with its own Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in showers. The master bedroom has a separate dressing area, while its ensuite bathroom has the additional luxury of a sunken bathtub for two.

With its three pavilions and an abundance of open living space, Baan Ratree is ideal for groups of friends and families who want to tuck themselves away into a private retreat. If you’re planning an extra-large gathering or family reunion, you can book as many of the villas as you want, subject to availability, and have your entire group stay together in close proximity.

• Floors: Baan Ratree occupies three floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, one bedroom, staff quarters, and car park.

  • Second Floor: Two bedrooms, living room, indoor dining room, kitchen, and swimming pool.

• Third Floor: Master bedroom.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults.

• Living Areas: There is an indoor living room with an L-shaped sofa, bean bags and air conditioning. The indoor dining room, located on the second floor, is conveniently beside the modern kitchen and breakfast counter top. There’s also an outdoor area with bar stools, BBQ facilities and a seating area by the pool.

• Pool: Measuring 12m x 4.7m x 1.8m infinity pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are three sunbeds and pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Thai, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, stove top (electric & gas) as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 10 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV in the living room and all bedrooms. The villa also has an outdoor sound system. Watersport equipment such as kayaks are available for guest's use and swimming pool.

• Other facilities:The villa features a universal adapter and wake up call service available upon request.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, housekeeper, handyman, and securities).
• Private Chef service is available upon request (extra charge). In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A baby cot/high chair is available for free upon request.
• An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
