Make use of the shared kayaks and explore the azure waters of Bophut beach. A short drive takes you to the charming Fishermen’s Village, known for its teeming cafes, eateries and quaint little shops. In the evenings, every Monday , Wednesday Friday and Saturday, the Fisherman’s Village becomes a vibrant “Walking Street” and is closed to traffic from 6pm.

• Floors: Baan Leelawadee occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, dining area, three bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, swimming pool, staff quarters, and car park.

• Second Floor: Master bedroom.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults.

• Living Areas: There is an indoor living area with a sofa and air conditioning. The dining room, which can sit up to 15 persons, is conveniently facing the kitchen and counter top. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities and a seating area by the pool.

• Pool: Measuring 12m x 4.7m x 1.8m infinity pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are six sunbeds and pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Thai, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, stove top (electric) as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 15 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Apple TV in the living room and Smart TV in all bedrooms. The SONOS sound system can connect to mobile via bluetooth and the outdoor speakers are for outdoor sala only. Watersport equipment such as kayaks are available for guest's use and swimming pool.

• Other facilities: The villa features an universal adapter and CCTV. Wake up call service available upon request.

• Parking: Sufficient parking garage is available.

• Year built / refurbished: Built in 2005; Refurbished in 2018.

• Surface total area: 1,041 sqm (land).

Weddings & Events

• If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.
• Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
• Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
• Maximum of 20 guests (combination of both seating and standing, including guests residing in the villa).
• Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
• Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
• Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, gardener, and securities).
• Private Chef service included. In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
• Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A baby cot/high chair is available for free upon request.
• An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

• Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability (extra charge may apply).
