Baan Benjamart exudes tropical elegance. Featuring a 12-metre pool with plenty of sun-soaked loungers just steps from the beach, this splendid tropical villa is characterised by its large rooms, an open living and dining space, and modern facilities offset by a traditional Thai decor and design. An oversized bathtub in the master suite, rain showers in the guest bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen complete the picture of this sumptuous holiday retreat.

A gated entrance way welcomes you into the villa, which is separated from the beach only by the swimming pool. The common living areas are situated in the main pavilion, which also houses the twin bedroom. The other three bedrooms can be found in the two elevated cliff pavilions, with the rooms connected by a shared balcony-terrace.

The lounge room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and coffee table, all of which face the Smart TV screen for your indoor entertainment. A fully-equipped, western style kitchen is available for your use, while a discreet service kitchen is the domain of your personal chef. The generously sized dining area presents a table and chairs that can sit up to 12 persons. Both pavilions slide open onto the pool deck, with overwater steps leading to a charming relaxation gazebo perched to overlook the beach.

To the rear of the lounge, a door from the entrance courtyard opens into a twin-bedded guest room with ensuite bathroom, perfect for teenagers. Directly opposite this bedroom, two large stilted-pavilions are built into the cliffside, surrounded by tropical shrubbery and housing the villa's three double bedroom suites. The bedrooms sit side by side, with the doors of each opening onto a balcony with views over the villa to the beach and the sea beyond. Furnished with a four-poster bed, the master suite has a Smart TV, and features a walk-through dressing area into the generously sized bathroom with its soaking tub for two, a glass-walled rain shower, and a door that opens onto a small private garden. Both guest bedrooms are equally roomy, with king-size beds, tropical furnishings, and bathrooms with glass-walled rain showers.

• Floors: Baan Benjamart occupies two floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, indoor dining area, one bedroom, kitchen, outdoor dining area, swimming pool, staff quarters, and car park.

  • Second Floor: Three bedrooms including master bedroom.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults.

• Living Areas: There is an indoor living area with sofa and air conditioning. It is conveniently located across from the dining area with a modern kitchen and counter top. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities and a seating area by the pool.

• Pool: Measuring 12m x 4.7m x 1.8m Infinity pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are four sunbeds and a pool umbrella; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance.We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee pot machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, stove top (electric) as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat up to 8 persons. The outdoor dining area can seat up to 4 persons.

• Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom only. There is also a sound system with outdoor speakers. Watersport equipment such as kayak is available for guest's use and swimming pool.

• Other facilities: The villa features a universal adapter and CCTV. Wake up call service available upon request.

Rate Inclusions

• Rates include Welcome drink, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, handyman, and securities).
• Private Chef service included. In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
• A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
• One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
• Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

• A complimentary baby cot/high chair is available at the villa.
• Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
• Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional bed can be arranged for this property.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
