Who. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of 4 to enjoy the London lifestyle, right across from the famous Hyde Park.
What. Bright and contemporary, this is a home that joyously overflows – there are no less than three private terraces (a tempting patio, picture-book balcony, and plentiful roof terrace) – and in the summer months you can opt to shower outside in your own private courtyard. When it’s time to close the Venetian shutters, turn instead to the radiant walls, the glowing artwork or the cast-iron Victorian staircases that spiral from floor to floor.
Why. Right across the road from Hyde Park, and with all of Oxford Street, Kensington Gardens and Notting Hill to explore, you won’t have to keep your happiness contained, either.
Hit the shops in and around Queensway or go into town - the tube from Lancaster Gate to Oxford Circus takes a mere five minutes.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. (The lead guest is the person who arrives at the home to stay).
The given location of this property is approximate, for the privacy of the property owner. Location details, including the full street address, will be disclosed once a booking is confirmed.

There is currently renovation work happening in the home next door. Whilst the renovation work isn't overly intrusive some noise can occasionally be heard.
There's a tube line which runs close to this home, and as a result a faint noise can be heard in the bedroom.
There is some faint noise from the restaurant nearby that can heard in the bedrooms.
There is a steep spiral staircase down into the bedroom area and up onto the roof terrace, so this home might not be suitable for the elderly or less mobile.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, fans will be placed in each bedroom. Please request if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
Unfortunately this home is not suitable for children under the age of 6.

If early check-in is required, the home will be blocked off to all all other bookings the day before your arrival to allow for cleaning and preparation. This is subject to home availability and charged at 75% of the cost of the nightly rate of your booking.
If you have a late flight you may stay up until 8pm. This is subject to the home’s availability and will cost 75% of the nightly rate of your booking.
The type of fare chosen dictates the cancellation policy that is applicable to your booking.
Standard Fares are eligible for a 50% refund if the booking is cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to check-in.
Flexible Fares must be requested at the time of booking. Flexible Fares include a surcharge of 20%. Your booking will be fully refunded, less the 20% surcharge, for any cancellation up to 48 hours prior to check-in.
If you’re a guest flying from outside the UK, and arriving at one of London’s three main airports (Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted), please be aware that if your flight is long haul, it can take between 1-2 hours to clear customs and immigration. If you’re flying short haul, that wait can be up to 60 minutes, depending on the time of day you’re travelling.
All three major airports have express train services into the centre of London:
Heathrow Express: This goes direct from the airport into London Paddington Station in 15 minutes. Tickets cost about £20-£25.
Gatwick Express: This goes direct from the airport into London Victoria Station in 30 minutes. Tickets cost about £20.
Stansted Express: This goes direct from the airport into London Liverpool Street Station in 47 minutes. Tickets cost just over £20.
Heathrow is the only major London airport on the Underground network. All five terminals are on the Piccadilly Line (the dark blue one), and the journey to Piccadilly Circus takes around 40 – 50 minutes. It’s a cost-effective choice, but not a good option if you have lots of luggage.
On arrival, a refundable security deposit of £1,000 will be put on hold on your credit or debit card. Cash and cheques are not accepted. The hold will be cancelled shortly after check-out, once it is confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay.
