The Villa Complex: Sava Beach Villas consist of 7 private, self-contained villas, including: 1 seven-bedroom villa, 4 six-bedroom villas, 1 five-bedroom, and 1 four-bedroom villas. Each villa is privately walled and gated, yet easily accessible via pathways within the estate. Five of the villas offer direct beach access, while the other two are situated just behind, arranged over three levels to maximize sea views.

Capacity: The entire complex can accommodate from 8 to 85 guests.

Living Areas: Living areas vary from villa to villa and all have a living room; indoor dining room; guest kitchen; TV/family room; outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities and furnished pool terrace.

Pool: Each villa has a private pool of either 18 or 25 metres in length; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; lounge chairs, pool umbrellas and sunbeds are available; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: Each villa has an in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses.

Dining Areas: Each villa features both indoor and outdoor dining areas tailored to its capacity.

Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the estate gym. Yoga mats are provided at the villas and the spacious gardens and the pool deck at the villas provides a serene setting for practicing yoga.

Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated media room for selected villa equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. There’s also a pool table and foosball table along with a selection of books and board games, as well as kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and more.

Other facilities: All villas have a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

Weddings & Events
- Weddings and events are permitted only at Villa Tievoli, Villa Amarelo, Villa Cielo, and Villa Essenza within the Sava Estate.
- Maximum number of guests: Up to 120 guests (seating and standing combined).
- A minimum of two (2) villas must be booked in Sava Estate for an event of maximum 60 guests, including the event villa and adjacent villas, to ensure privacy and operational ease. For events of 60 guests or more, a minimum of three (3) villas must be booked in Sava Estate, including the event villa and adjacent villas, to ensure privacy and operational ease.
- Minimum Nights: Follow the season’s minimum length of stay.
- Low and Shoulder seasons: 3 nights
- High season (including Chinese New Year and Easter): 5 nights
- Peak seasons (Christmas and New Year): 10 nights
- Event Fees:
- Free for up to 20 guests
- USD $2,000 + VAT per day for 21 to 60 guests
- USD $3,000 + VAT per day for 61 to 120 guests
- To host a ceremony for 2 hours

- A Security deposit of USD 10,000 is required prior to the arrival date.
- Music Curfew for sound systems, live bands and DJs is only until 12:00 midnight.
- Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Phang-Nga Province. All fireworks and fire shows must be pre-approved by Villa Management and conducted by a professional operator.
- Event guidelines and accurate quotations are available on request only.
- The above rates are subject to change without prior notice. Other charges may apply on request basis.
- We are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa (i.e. beach).

- Round Trip Airport Transfer is included in the rates.
- Airport transfers, car hire, and taxi pick-ups are available upon request (extra charge).
- Private Chef service is available upon request.
- Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- A baby cot and high chair are available on request (extra charge).
- Babysitting service is available on request (extra charge).
- Pool fences are available on request (extra charge).
- This property is designed to comfortably sleep 8 to 85 guests. Extra guests are welcome at an additional rate of USD 55 per child per night or USD 80 per adult per night.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
