Floors: Villa Praison occupies two floors:

Ground Floor: Outdoor living and dining area, kitchen, games room, four bedrooms, and swimming pool.

Second Floor: Main Entrance, indoor living room, and master bedroom.

Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults and 8 children.

Living Areas: There is an open-plan with oversized sofas, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. It also has a poolside area with sunbeds, outdoor sala, games room with Apple TV, lounge area, and staff kitchen with BBQ facilities.

Pool: Measuring 12.5m x 6m x 1.5m Swimming pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are seven sunbeds with umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee.

Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, Nespresso machine (capsules are available at an extra charge plus shopping fee), refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, ice machine, blender, juicer, toaster, and stove top as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 12 persons. The outdoor dining area can seat up to 6 persons.

Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge. There is also a nearby Gym facilities at Trisara Hotel that costs THB 500++ per person, upon hotel availability, please check with Villa Manager on site.

Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and an Apple TV, Smart TV, Satellite TV and a SONOS sound system in the living and pool area only, Snooker/Pool table, board games, and netflix streaming services.

Rate Inclusions
- Rates include Welcome drink, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, gardener, and securities). Staff working hours are from 8am to 9pm.
- Airport transfer is available at THB 1,000 nett per van per way for up to 8 pax and subject to 7% VAT.
- Additional airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
- Spa treatments, massage services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions and cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- A complimentary two baby cots and one high chair is available at the villa upon request. Other baby items for hire are also available upon request at an extra charge.
- Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
