Floors: The Headland Villa 3 occupies two floors:

Ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms with private balcony, outdoor living area, and swimming pool.

Mezzanine Floor: One bedroom, sun deck, and atrium space.

Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children.

Living Areas: There is an open-plan indoor living/dining/kitchen area with L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The outdoor/pool side living area have sofas, sunbeds, and BBQ facilities.

Pool: Measuring 11.6m x 2.6m x 1.8m Infinity pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are three sunbeds with umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT).

Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, stove top, and dishwasher as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

Dining Areas: The dining area can seat up to 8 persons.

Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge and a nearby gym is available at extra charge.

Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV. There is also a Bose sound system and DVD player. Guests staying at The Headland Villa 1 can enjoy access to The InterContinental facilities at a discounted price.

Restaurants nearby the area provide free shuttle (Airbar, Island View Restaurant, Virgin Coast and others); Connecting pathway to The View, villa guests are able to use The View’s facilities for THB 3,000 nett/day if have family/guests staying in The View.

Weddings & Events
- If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.
- Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
- Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
- The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests (maximum seating capacity).
- Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
- Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
- Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
- Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
- Event guidelines and an accurate quotation are available on request.
- The above rates may subject to change without prior notice.
Rate Inclusions
- Rates include Welcome drink, daily continental breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, housekeeper, and securities).
- Private Chef service is available at an extra charge.
- Complimentary one-time return airport transfer with only one van for each way and can seat up to 7 to 10 persons depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply.
- Additional airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
- Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa upon request.
- Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Extra beds are not available at this property. This property is designed to comfortably sleep 8 guests. Additional guests are not allowed. - Laundry/Dry Cleaning services are available on request at an extra charge.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
