The neighbouring Sangsuri Villa 1, Sangsuri Villa 2, and Sangsuri Villa 3 can be rented together or individually. The estate is an appealing choice for weddings or other celebratory stays!

Capacity: Sangsuri 1 can accommodate 28 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge). Sangsuri 2 can accommodate 20 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge). Sangsuri 3 can accommodate 18 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge). The entire estate can accommodate 72 guests and up to 6 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

Dorms (on request, extra charges apply): The 3 villas have the option to add up to 4 dormitory rooms. Sangsuri 1 has a total of 2 dorm rooms with one dorm fitted with 6 single beds or 2 single/a double bed [accommodates (i) up to 6 children up to 12 years old or (ii) 2 adults as a twin/double or (iii) 2 adults and 4 children as a family room]; and the second dorm fitted with 3 bunk beds + 2 pull out beds [accommodates (i) up to 6 children up to 12 years old or (ii) 2 adults as a twin/double or (iii) 2 adults and 4 children as a family room]. While Sangsuri 2 & 3 each has 1 dorm room, each fitted with 6 single beds or 2 single/a double bed [accommodates (i) up to 6 children up to 12 years old or (ii) 2 adults as a twin/double or (iii) 2 adults and 4 children as a family room].

Pool: Sangsuri Villa 1 (Infinity pool: 22.50 m x 4.50 m x 1.7 m and a 4.30 m x 2.35 m x 0.93 m jacuzzi). Sangsuri Villa 2 (Infinity pools: 15.7m x 5.7m x 1.8m Lower level pool, 15.3m x 4m x 1.1m Upper level pool, and 7.4m x 3.8m x 1m Jacuzzi). Sangsuri Villa 3 (Infinity pool: 20m x 4.7m x 1.75m Infinity pool, 5.1m x 4.5m x 75cm Outdoor jacuzzi, Indoor Jacuzzi available in Master bedroom only).; Shallow end for kids.; The pools are set to normal temperature.; There are a total of 32 sunbeds for the whole estate and a pool sala for each villa.; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

Kitchen: Each villa equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, stove top, and wine chiller as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.The villa has a fully-equipped shared gym/fitness facilities (located at Sangsuri Villa 1). Complimentary two (2) Spa vouchers for each booked double bedroom (except dorm).

Entertainment: Each villa has high-speed WiFi throughout and Smart TV. The villa also has a Sonos and Bluetooth speakers and a portable outdoor projector available on request (shared with other Sangsuri villas). Watersport equipment such as kayaks and paddle board are available for guest's use and swimming pool.

Other Facilities: Access to the communal Estate gym (located at Sangsuri Villa 1), Large lawn for badminton, table tennis and other games, Yoga studio, Back-up generator; Universal Adapter, CCTV. Wake up call service available upon request.

Weddings & Events
- Maximum number of guests: For up to 81 to 100 guests (seating/standing combined), two (2) villas should be booked. For up to 101 to 120 guests (seating/standing combined), three (3) villas should be booked. Note that Sangsuri Estate requires you to book at least two to three villas, depending on the maximum capacity of the guests, in order to use the property’s beachfront lawn.
- Minimum Nights: Follow the season’s minimum length of stay.
- Low and Shoulder seasons: 3 nights
- High seasons: 5 nights (for select wedding villas)
- Peak Christmas and New Year seasons: 7-10 nights
- Event Fees:
- USD 2,000 + 7% tax for events up to 120 guests.
- Small Events Policy: Pre- or post-event functions held on the day before or after the main event are equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. Note that the security deposit fee is dependent on the number of guests attending the event. This will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
- Music Curfew for sound systems, live bands and DJs is only until 12:00 midnight.
- Fireworks are not allowed at Sangsuri Estate due to safety reasons.
- Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
- Event guidelines and accurate quotations are available on request only.
- The above rates are subject to change without prior notice. Other charges may apply on request basis.
- We are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa (i.e. beach).

- Rates include Welcome drink, daily breakfast, complimentary welcome lunch or dinner with 2 bottles of wine, complimentary 2 Spa vouchers for 60 minutes for each double room booked excluding the Dorm room, complimentary farewell beach front movie night with 2 bottles of sparkling wine, complimentary WiFi, and services by the villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, 2 gardeners, pool attendant, maintenance staff, and security).
- Private Chef service included. In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
- A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
- Complimentary one round-trip airport transfer.
- Additional airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- A complimentary two baby cots and one high chair are available at the villa.
- An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged per villa.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
