Purana Residences is ready to provide luxurious tropical living. Purana means 'stories' in ancient Sanskrit, and as soon as you approach this impressive 4-bedroom villa, you will be welcomed into a narrative of luxurious tropical living. Inside Purana Residence, stylish, comfortable furnishings complement the villa's prominent architectural features. Carefully selected natural materials give it a distinct sense of place. The clever design opens onto wide terraces and a 20-metre infinity pool making it easy to spend hours enjoying the incredible views.

The expansive living and dining room showcases a high, wood-lined, vaulted ceiling with windows on both sides that invite the views indoors. A square dining table is positioned next to the well-equipped, open plan kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, which is the perfect place for more casual meals. Filled with high-end branded appliances, the wooden units are complemented by chrome fittings and marble surfaces, as well as a built-in wine cooler.

On the opposite side of the dining table, the expansive lounge area features a wall-mounted TV surrounded by two comfortable sofas, a chaise lounge, and two chairs, set around a coffee table. Running the full length of the room, a covered balcony with a clear glass barrier looks out over the garden and pool. All-weather chairs are positioned to take in the views and also offer the perfect spot for an afternoon of relaxation. Stairs on both sides of the balcony lead down to the lower level of the villa where three guest bedrooms face out across the garden, pool and the views. A covered walkway connects the rooms and doubles as a shaded outdoor terrace.

Each of the three guestrooms is adjoined by an ensuite bathroom equipped with a rain shower.All the rooms have king-size beds. On one side of the pool, sunken stools are served by a built-in bar, incorporated into a covered sala, which also houses a dining table and cushioned bench seats. On the other side of the pool, the master suite is characterised by a vaulted wooden ceiling and doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. A separate dressing area behind the king-size bed leads into an ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, a rain shower and an oversized terrazzo bathtub with windows looking directly out to the ocean beyond.

  • Floors: Purana Residence occupies two floors:

    • Ground Floor: Four bedrooms, staff area, pool sala, and swimming pool.

    • Second Floor: Main entrance, living area, dining area, and kitchen.

  • Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

  • Living Areas: There is an open-plan living room with L-shaped sofa. It is conveniently located across the dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. There is also an outdoor sala with lounge chairs and BBQ facilities and pool bar with stools.

  • Pool: Measuring 20m x 5m x 1.6m Infinity pool; No shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are two lounge chairs, six sunbeds, and two bean bags; Pool towels are provided.

  • Dining: Meals are prepared by Panacea’s central kitchen, which has extensive experience in Western, Thai, Asian, vegetarian, and children’s cuisine. All dishes are delivered and served at the villa, and there is no additional chef fee when ordering from the central kitchen — guests only pay for the grocery cost + 25% shopping fee + 7% VAT. We are happy to accommodate special requests, including strict dietary requirements. All meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — can be arranged in advance. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available, and we can provide the list upon request. If guests prefer to have their own private in-villa chef cooking directly in the villa’s kitchen, this can be arranged at an additional THB 2,500++ per day, on top of food and beverage charges.

  • Kitchen: Equipped with Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine (bean espresso machine), blender, toaster, rice cooker, dishwasher, oven, electric stove, electric kettle, juicer, wine fridge, kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, basics (oil, salt and pepper), pots and pans, coffee grounds/beans, tea pot, mini bar, wine glasses, and floating breakfast as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

  • Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 10 persons. The outdoor dining area can seat up to 10 persons.

  • Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.

  • Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV in the living area and master bedroom only. The villa also offers a sound system and outdoor speakers.

  • Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, safety deposit box, back-up generator, water heater, drying/towel rack, and hangers. Wake up call service available upon request.
