This single-storey villa is just a 6-minute drive to Fisherman’s Village, and a 3-minute walk to Bophut Beach.

Sun seekers will love the 12m blue-tiled infinity pool, adjacent to a lawn and an outdoor terrace set with sun loungers and umbrellas. The poolside sala, a Thai-style gazebo, provides shade and the perfect spot for relaxation.

The main pavilion accommodates the living and dining areas with glass doors which fold away for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. The living area is elegantly furnished, connected by stepping stones across a delightful koi pond, leading to a kitchen equipped with cooking appliances and a standalone breakfast bar.

Each bedroom has an ensuite shower room and glass sliding doors looking across the garden or the pool. The villa’s largest bedroom is housed in a beachfront pavilion with a canopied four-poster bed, spacious bathtub and glass doors leading to the pool terrace.

While the shoreline in front of the Dhevatara Residence estate is rocky, a short 200m stroll along the coast brings you to a swimmable stretch of the beach.

  • Floors: Baan Kularb occupies a single floor:

    • Ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, dining area, four bedrooms including master bedroom, kitchen, staff quarters, beach sala and swimming pool.

  • Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

  • Living Areas: There is an indoor living area with an L-shaped sofa and air conditioning that can seat up to 8 persons. The dining room is conveniently located beside the modern kitchen and counter top. There’s also an outdoor sala with BBQ facilities and a seating area by the pool.

  • Pool: Measuring 12m x 4.7m x 1.8m infinity pool; No shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are five sunbeds and two pool umbrellas; Pools towels are provided.

  • Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

  • Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee pot machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, stove top (electric & gas) as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

  • Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 8 persons.

  • Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.

  • Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom only. The sound system also has Bluetooth speakers. Watersport equipment such as kayaks are available for guest's use and swimming pool.
