Book any of the two (2) Dhevatara Residence villas, and receive a 10% discount; book three (3) or more villas, and receive a 15% discount. This Multi Villa Discount is valid for full and reduced occupancy for all seasons and is NOT combinable with other promotions and discounts. -
Early Bird
15% off for stays during Normal and Shoulder seasons, 10% off for stays during High season, and 5% off for stays during Peak season for bookings made more than 120 days prior to check-in date. -
Last Minute
20% off for bookings made less than 30 days prior to check-in date (excluding Peak season). -
Long Stay
10% off for stays of 7 nights or more (excluding Peak season). -

Floors: Baan Feung Fah occupies a single floor:
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, dining area, four bedrooms including master bedroom, kitchen, staff quarters, beach sala and swimming pool.

Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

Living Areas: There is an indoor living area with an L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, and ceiling fan that can sit up to 10 persons. The dining room is conveniently located beside the modern kitchen and counter top. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities and a seating area by the pool.

Pool: Measuring 12m x 4.7m x 1.8m infinity pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are six sunbeds and pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: The chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- A complimentary baby cot/high chair is available at the villa.
- An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
