Situated in the Dhevatara Residence estate in Bophut, Baan Bua Sawan features facilities made for a life of leisure, set across three storeys in a pavilion-style layout. The villa features an outdoor dining area as well as an air-conditioned indoor dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. Water hyacinths and other verdant touches complete the restful tableau.

Two double guest rooms are located on the pool level and open onto the pool deck and a sea view. The twin bedroom is on the ground floor, with sliding doors leading into a secret garden and atrium. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, safe, and TV. On the top level is the largest bedroom, which additionally features its own balcony and a sunken bathtub with sea view.

While the shoreline in front of the Dhevatara Residence estate is rocky, a short 200m stroll along the coast brings you to a swimmable stretch of the beach.

  • Floors: Baan Bua Sawan occupies three floors:

    • Ground Floor: Main entrance, one bedroom, staff quarters, car park.

    • Second Floor: Two bedrooms, living room, indoor dining room, and kitchen.

    • Third Floor: Master bedroom.

  • Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

  • Living Areas: There is an indoor living area with over-sized sofa and air conditioning. The indoor dining room, located on the second floor, is conveniently beside the kitchen and counter top. There’s also an outdoor area with dining table, that can sit up to 8 persons, BBQ facilities and a seating area by the pool.

  • Pool: Measuring 12m x 4.7m x 1.8m infinity pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are three sunbeds and pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

  • Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Thai, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

  • Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, and stove top (electric & gas) as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

  • Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 10 persons and the outdoor dining area can seat up to 8 persons.

  • Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.

  • Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV in living room and all bedrooms. The sound system is for indoor sala only. Watersport equipment such as kayaks are available for guest's use and swimming pool.
