Avasara Residence your own exclusive tropical getaway. Entering Avasara Residence via large stepping stones over a water feature, you’ll find yourself in the impressive living and dining pavilion, with its integrated kitchen. This pavilion runs almost the full length of the villa under a vaulted ceiling with a wraparound wall of glass opening onto the terrace and the incredible panoramic view.

At one end of the room is a tropical lounge area with Thai artefacts, table lamps, and large deeply cushioned rattan sofas and chairs, set around a Smart TV mounted upon a wooden cabinet. A square dining table for ten rests beside the gourmet kitchen, which showcases top of-the-range branded appliances, honey-coloured wooden units, chrome fittings and marble surfaces. Here, breakfast, casual dinners and social gatherings can be enjoyed while seated on high stools at a central island bar. There is even a built-in wine cooler for all day refreshments.

Running along the outside of the room is a balcony with a clear glass barrier looking out over the garden and 20-metre pool. All-weather chairs are well positioned here for you to take in the stunning surroundings.

Stairs on both sides of the balcony lead down to the lower level of the villa where three of the five guest bedrooms face out across the garden, pool and views. A covered walkway connects the rooms and functions as a shaded outdoor terrace. All of the bedrooms present king-size beds, TVs, plenty of built-in storage space and private ensuite bathrooms. Doors from the master suites open directly onto the pool terrace and enjoy resplendent views.

Each has a separate dressing area and an ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, a rain shower and an indulgent terrazzo bathtub situated next to a window looking directly out across the pool and to the ocean. High-quality furnishings and accessories, plush and stylish interiors make the bedrooms far more than simple sleeping spaces. On one side of the pool, sunken stools rest beside a built-in bar, incorporated into a covered sala, which also houses a dining table and cushioned bench seats. This is ideal for enjoying lazy days of grazing on snacks and drinking fresh juices or cocktails while relaxing. It is also a great spot for an alfresco feast or a small pool party.

  • Floors: Avasara Residence occupies two floors:

    • Ground Floor: Four bedrooms, outdoor dining area, and swimming pool.

    • Second Floor: Main entrance, living room, indoor dining room, kitchen, and one bedroom.

  • Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

  • Living Areas: There is a living room with an L-shaped sofa and ceiling fan. The indoor dining area is with a kitchen and breakfast bar. There is also an outdoor sala with lounge chairs, fans, and BBQ facilities.

  • Pool: Measuring 20m x 5m x 1.6m Infinity pool; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are two lounge chairs, four sunbeds, and three pool umbrellas; ; Pool towels are provided.

  • Dining: Meals are prepared by Panacea’s central kitchen, which has extensive experience in Western, Thai, Asian, vegetarian, and children’s cuisine. All dishes are delivered and served at the villa, and there is no additional chef fee when ordering from the central kitchen — guests only pay for the grocery cost + 25% shopping fee + 7% VAT. We are happy to accommodate special requests, including strict dietary requirements. All meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — can be arranged in advance. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available, and we can provide the list upon request. If guests prefer to have their own private in-villa chef cooking directly in the villa’s kitchen, this can be arranged at an additional THB 2,500++ per day, on top of food and beverage charges.

  • Kitchen: Equipped with Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine (bean espresso machine), blender, toaster, rice cooker, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, juicer, wine fridge, kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, basics (oil, salt and pepper), pots and pans, coffee grounds/beans, tea pot, coffee capsule, wine glasses, and floating breakfast as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

  • Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can sit up to 10 persons. The outdoor dining area can sit up to 10 persons.

  • Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.

  • Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV in the living area and master bedroom only. The villa also offers a sound system and outdoor speakers (Sonos).

  • Other facilities: The villa features books and board games, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, safety deposit box, back-up generator, water heater, drying/towel rack, and hangers. Wake up call service available upon request.

  • Parking: Sufficient villa parking carport is available.

Child Policy and Extra Bedding

  • An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
  • Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
  • Pool fences are available on request at extra charge.
  • Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
  • Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged.

  • Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
